Pros

Customer service was great, good features and functionality, room for customizations, can keep personal phone number private.
AMAZING customer service/support. Easy configuration and sensible flow/interface.
Overall, a great phone system. Just began using it and very happy.

Pros

We’ve been having a great experience this software. It’s been helpful for our business and the call forwarding feature has allowed us the ability for some work/life balance.
I love how you are cost effective and help save us money in the long haul, and we are only a small business. How much more can you do for larger corporations.
Vonage business is great in giving one of the best VOIP and Messaging solution to businesses. Very easy set up, affordable rates and best of all one of the most eye pleasing ui's to date.

Cons

The worst thing about phone.com is that it does not show when someone is calling my phone.com number so calls all show up as normal calls.
So let this review be your warning. The low price comes with a massive.
I am the type of person who does not answer calls I don't know so this is a very annoying thing about phone.com.

Cons

Their system goes down every now and then, outages that has costs us a few customers. We then have to revert to your mobile phones to make outbound calls which is very inconvenient.
The overall experience was terrible. Installation, customer service, tech support, failure from start to finish.
This was horrible decision that our company made and we switched to a new company with 1 1/2 years.
