Frustrated Consumer

Great Price, Great Product, but Terrible Customer Service

2014-01-24

They "submitted a ticket" and received no updates. I called a total of 5 times requesting at least an update and all they said is "it has been escalated to our tier 2 engineer."

Pros

Great Price and a Great Prodcut

Cons

Terrrible Customer Service and the UI is not the greatest expericence.

Does what it needs to!

Pros

With their call forwarding systems, transcribed voicemails, and high quality signal, I think they have everything going for them to be successful.

Cons

Setting up the service was a bit of a hassle. Once you get it going, it's great, but you'll have to struggle a bit before you get to start using it.

They are the best I've found so far but they stink

They also have a very competitive price and the dashboard is fairly easy to use.

Pros

Mostly reliable service, affordable

Cons

Poor support, no one cares Poor sales support for partners (no respect or payouts) No new phone compatibility (Yealink has released a few lines of new phones with color screens, etc - no support at all for years) No portable phone options, Issues with dashboard never fixed after tons of user complaints.

I use my phonebooth all the time on my Galaxy Note III with zero problems...

Pros

super easy and flexible with great features included in its base price!

Cons

none so far. There bundles are better and don't leave features out that the company can then upsell you on, like he competitors do...
