They "submitted a ticket" and received no updates. I called a total of 5 times requesting at least an update and all they said is "it has been escalated to our tier 2 engineer."
With their call forwarding systems, transcribed voicemails, and high quality signal, I think they have everything going for them to be successful.
Setting up the service was a bit of a hassle. Once you get it going, it's great, but you'll have to struggle a bit before you get to start using it.

Poor support, no one cares Poor sales support for partners (no respect or payouts) No new phone compatibility (Yealink has released a few lines of new phones with color screens, etc - no support at all for years) No portable phone options, Issues with dashboard never fixed after tons of user complaints.
