Pros

What I like most is the ease of use. Our account representative is also very responsive and helpful.
Moist appealing to me is the ease of user and functionality. The interface for even someone like me ( not the most technically sound) was easy to understand and use.
The up-time is great and the ease of use is excellent.

Pros

My overall experience has been very positive with cadence. Their customer service is fantastic and they want to make sure you are getting the best out of the product that you can.
Having an app as well is important for myself and my team in terms of ease of use. I like the shared inboxes and the smart message and scheduled message options.
Using Cadence has really been transformative for us as a program. Our ability to help students is so much greater now that we have this enhanced ability to connect with them.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about. I came to Plum already having experience in this industry and they're delivering everything I need.
Difficult to say - as I have not directly used two systems in a comparison mode.
My only request is that I wish we had more reporting features, but understand this is likely due to the limited features we have due to our own business model.

Cons

The one downside that we have experienced would be that we are unable to send video messages.
It does restrict the number of students that we can bring in.
I think the way the software is organized is extremely confusing.
