Pros

RingCentral has been a great improvement over our old VOIP system. Among the best features are the conferencing, vacation planners, call forwarding features among many more.
The platform is stable, it is easy to configure, it has excellent telephone support and it is has a very competitive price. I use a plantronics headset and have been using Ring Central for 8 years.
When RingCentral works, it works great - in other words, if issues do not persist within the software it can be a great VOIP with excellent clarity and call quality.

Cons

The preview cover sheet option does not work on all browsers, so we are not sure of the layout. Sometimes there are lags in outgoing transmissions and they take a little longer than others.
The total disregard for our concerns and issues. The customer service is sorely lacking and I feel we were lied to just to get our foot in the door.
The only problem I have is I get a TON of spam calls. My RingCentral number is also the same number to a hardware store so I get a lot of calls from their customers as well.
