Since moving to RingCentral we have been able to increase our level of customer service. They have an easy app for mobile devices, PC desktop phones, IP phones and dashboard to control the entire system.
We have been with RingCentral for over 2 years now. Before going with RingCentral, we began evaluating a few other providers. To get over 100 users on a new phone system requires planning as well making sure that we will never experience downtime. I have to admit that RingCentral specialist who worked with us on the project was very knowledgeable and his experience made our transition to a cloud solution seamless. Aside from all the great features they provide, the most popular that everyone here raves about is their mobile app with SMS and Conferencing. By far, this is the best solution on the market.
We have been with them for over 3months now. After doing some research, we decided to test RingCentral, 8x8, Nextiva and ShoreTel. After the initial test, we realized that the RingCentral interface and quality was much better than the rest. Based on pricing and functionality, no one else came close. I have been referring everyone to them and am excited for all the exciting features that they are releasing.
We have used RingCentral for 2-3 years now with a very simple configuration...ring two phones at the same time, then ring a third phone if the first group doesn't pick up. If RC was a stable and reliable platform it would be pretty awesome. However, a very conservative estimate of the time we've spent with their technical and customer service over that time would exceed 30 HOURS fixing bugs, problems, glitches, or whatever you want to call them. Settings change arbitrarily, and it's a nightmare often times when they apply software updates. There has been very few options for competing providers thus far, however it appears there are a couple of alternate providers now which we intend to try. Caveat Emptor, and get ready to spend lots of time on hold and going over the same trouble shooting steps over and over and over....

We migrated to Ring Central 5 years ago and have had zero bad experience or failed service with them!
