Buen software de centralita

Una gran herramienta para el contacto telefónico con los clientes. Tiene funciones muy interesantes como rellenar un aftercall tras la llamada, donde puedes etiquetarla y dejar nota, opción susurro y escucha para quien supervise, opción de encuesta tras la llamada y el set up de las centralita es intuitivo. Además, el equipo de soporte es atento y resolutivo. Llevamos un año con ellos y seguimos!!

La atención de soporte por mail se demora mucho

Herramienta buena

Trabajando en remoto me permite hacer llamadas desde un número local que no cree confusión a mis clientes a la hora de recibir la llamada cosa que se agradece.

Pros

Me gusta mucho el hecho que la herramienta permita ejecutar la llamada desde el mismo CRM. La calidad de la llamada es óptima y me gusta que se puedan configurar horas de trabajo, redirecciones etc. Además, no importa en que país esté, el numero es siempre el mismo cosa que proporciona consistencia.

Cons

No me gusta el hecho que cuando llamo a un numero no vinculado con el CRM me haga un merge y me sobrescriba el contacto llamándolo Pepito New Contact ringover. De todos modos quizás es un tema de configuración que no conseguí resolver de momento.

Rapidity and efficent, thanks to Ringover, very good service. I'll download app version to do my job from my smartphone.

Pros

I love authomatic recovered calls. I can listen again the call to remember what my customer said. I love also the possibility to call directly clicking on telephone numbers from different website.

Cons

I don't like when the call is silent. I mean, when I don't ear any sound, no ringing. It's need to me to understand about the call direction.

Euh.. désolée de devoir le dire : rien.

Cons

L'application bug tout le temps, si j'utilise l'appli mobile et qu'un autre client m'appelle, l'app bug et je suis obligée d'étendre mon portable. De plus, les clients nous disent que la qualité est juste horrible. J'ai transmis le msg (plusieurs fois en 1 et demi d'utilisation) et le CS m'a toujours conseillé 2 choses : utiliser un casque avec fil -j'ai donc acheté un nouveau casque avec fil-, utiliser le partage de connexion -le wifi de mon travail marche très bien et il est très puissant- = pas de vrais solutions.

J'aime le fait que l'on puisse facilement le connecter à différents postes de travail. Également très pratique pour organiser facilement du télétravail. De plus, on a pu le lier à notre CRM - fichier client

Cons

Les problèmes de connectique et de réseau qui font que les équipes sont bloquées et n'utilisent pas le logiciel.

Pros

Being able to listen into calls for training purposes is very useful and really helps our training scheme

Cons

Sometimes there is delay which can make it more difficult to have a fluid conversation - doesn't happen often though

Communication Just for Work

I love Ringover! It’s like my communication space specifically for work. I don’t have to use my personal number anymore so it’s a way to separate calls and messages from work and from family. It’s ideal for work-life balance, I guess.

Pros

What I like most about this software is it offers my most needed communication tools and more in one app - messaging, video calls, and statistics.

Cons

What I least like about this software is sometimes when my husband and I call at the same time the reception becomes poor. I wonder if it’s just my internet or it’s the app.

À l'écoute le support prend en compte immédiatement chaque demande

Pros

Solution innovante pour le professionnel trop souvent oublié des grosses sociétés de téléphonie. Avantage majeur : distribué par mon informaticien, cela permet une intégration sans tracas et évite de multiplier les interlocuteurs.

Cons

Histoire de dire ! Comme le développement est très actif, il arrive parfois mais très ponctuellement que des petits bugs se présentent. Très vite corrigé en général

Pour nous le support de Hupspot CRM a ete decisif, en suite le fait qu on ait pas besoin de VOIP et de se com-liquer la vie avec SIP

Remote Work Made Easier

Because of Ringover I found another remote work for me. This app gives opportunities for work not just locally but even internationally because ofthe remote access it provides. So grateful there's an app like this!

Pros

What I like most about this software is I can have it installed in my phone, my ipad or in my Mac, whichever helps me comfortably make my calls. Great app!

Cons

Sometimes when two people are using the app at the same time the voice quality gets poor. Our voice interestingly sounds a bit distant and softer. Though we found a solution to make a schedule forcalling, it would have been better ifthe sound quality doesn't change.

RingOver is a really good product - good compromised

Pros

Many things: easy to setup, the IVR, really easy to deploy inside my company. And the "monitoring" is really interesting. The redirection of the calls in function of the different rules is really interesting.

Cons

Sometimes we had some trouble with the communication, people didn't hear us well. And the Chrome extension isn't working very well, sometimes we someone call me it doesn't ring but it works on the mobile app.
