What is Sabienzia?

Sabienzia is a cloud-based contact center software designed to help businesses streamline customer service operations across multiple communication channels. Features include remote access, performance metrics, team collaboration, automatic call distribution, and data management.

The application allows supervisors to prioritize calls based on the caller’s location, manage waiting queues according to available resources, and perform skills-based routing of incoming calls. Support teams can monitor call queues, control availability statuses, analyze ongoing interactions, and forward or hold calls based on requirements. Administrators can set up businesses hours, configure interactive voice response (IVR) menus, and activate private phone lines for users.

It allows agents to add callers to the blacklist by tagging them as spam and record calls for monitoring purposes. Sabienzia also helps managers provide live coaching to employees through call whispering, grant role-based access to users, and collect feedback from clients. The software offers integration with several third-party applications including Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, and Freshdesk.
