Easy to use, clear analytics

Pros

For a small sales team, this is a great solution for monitoring managers' calls. Immediately after the call, I can see what the conversation was about and whether the manager followed the sales script. This is very handy!

Cons

I would like to see more integration with third-party applications. I hope this will be implemented soon.
