Pros

I love using Samba because it's super easy to use - to create meetings, invite people and most of all, I love that it is browser based - no need to install anything.
Also, I really love the breakout room feature. You can ask moderators to join your room, which is very useful during webinars.
I also love how easy it is to set up and join meetings. If I have a meeting with a potential client, I can organise it and send out invites in minutes.

Pros

It's super user friendly. I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.
Downloading/Installing and Updating is super easy, Using flock is even easier. Integrations are easy to set up and work fine.
Makes interdepartmental communication efficient and quick. I love the ease with which you can share files, and make audio/video calls if chatting is not getting the job done.

Cons

Limited customization: Digital Samba doesn't offer much customization options, which may limit the branding and personalization of virtual meetings and webinars.
Some of the feature is hard to use, and the lacks of video or manual guides of the software make thing harder.

Cons

Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes.
Provide notification tone changes in the app version of it. The recent chants are lost whenever one makes a hard refresh.

En mi poca experiencia que he tenido con Flock puedo decir que posee un sistema de mensajería completa, ofreciendo funcionalidades acertadas respecto a otras aplicaciones.

Cons

A diferencia de otros software, Flock no posee tantas integraciones con software de terceros, lo que podría ser un punto negativo si es que planeas tener un ecosistema digital con este aplicativo.
