Ease of use, integration with many vendors and solutions, workflow is very beneficial, mobile app is very useful.
In ability to send email campaigns unless you use the marketing module, sending bulk emails, for example, multiple people in a deal is not possible, price is high, some field properties are not customizable.

My experience with HubSpot Sales has been exciting. It is a great tool to document activities with clients/company
It has made my reporting well ok. Documenting my daily task for my team to track work done so far on leads. It also serve as reminder on what to do. This product is Fantastic!
It is not easy to grab once though, also the mobile version (app) does not really function as if you are using web version

Tracking all sales activities from cold call/email/visits to lead management and tracking of sales.
The ability to know what your roaming sales team is up to has no price. Tracking Cold calls, e-mails, meetings follow-ups and the ability to set up dashboard to track all of these data keeps them on their toes and me up to date.
The only issue we found is with the mobile app not updating all of the activities resulting in the team having to do double entries

I love the ease of switching between records and the integration with Gmail. I can do most things right from the Gmail site.
The app for mobile use could use a much needed over-haul. If they fixed the few issues with the App, we would give it 5 stars

Overall experience has been good, was hard to adopt Hubspot- but we start seeing the value in a quarter.
Ability to log all emails, calls and activities is very valuable. All teams of the office can view status of any deals.
Mobile compatibility should be there. Ability to cc or bcc users on all emails, adding other default team members in all sales meetings are some features that would help

Our Sales team can now spend their time selling! This software is user friendly and helps our entire team keep up with where the customer is in the sales process. If anyone has a question about a customer or a sale, it is all right at our fingertips. Our sales team loves the reminders to follow up so no customer goes untouched.
We really don't have any cons for this software. Our sales team would like the mobile app to work exactly like the software on their PC, but it is not a huge issue.

Love how easy it is to gain visibility to leads coming in. Also, the mobile app works flawlessly so I have found myself using it a decent bit to live chat with people when I am away from my desktop.
Nothing too negative about it. One thing is remembering to go away when I leave work. Wish there was an automated away option based on business hours.

The platform is very complete and has endless tools and options to create a strong marketing campaign. Customer service is impeccable. It allows us to manage everything in one system; the mobile app is easy and effective and great when on the road.
I have had no problems so far. You just need to understand it requires a serious commitment in time and effort to build up and really take advantage of all the system offers.

In general, we are satisfied with the change brought about by the use of the HubSpot Sales Hub, whereby we were able to obtain a file for each of our clients, containing all correspondence, transactions, contracts and invoices between us. Using the HubSpot Sales Hub, we were able to send promotions to select listings. In addition, through its distinguished tools, we were able to track all potential customers, through the analytics of the data that is carried out through it. It's a productivity booster, as we can close more deals, keep track of sales and better workflow.
You can easily upload all records to the cloud so that any team member may view them from anywhere using HubSpot Sales Hub. It is interoperable with various apps and allows for rapid exporting and importation of lists and data. I enjoy how HubSpot Sales Hub categorizes emails and responds to customers. I can control my workflow, assign tasks, sync it with my mailbox, and send messages promptly. The mobile app also sends you regular notifications to keep you updated on all happenings. On my favorite HubSpot Sales Hub Weekly Activity and Reporting Dashboard, I can see everyone's contact information. I like that you can record calls, emails, and consumer interactions.
There is nothing to dislike about the HubSpot Sales Hub, the simplicity, ease of use and unique tools you get with it will allow you to organize your business in a unique style.

When it comes to preparing lists of new customers and sending compensation, the HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us to be more organized in all stages of our work. Keeping all those records in the cloud and organizing them in a unique way allows you to retrieve and import the data that you need at any time. Because of the information we've gotten from it, we've been able to come up with some of our best ideas yet for our company's future.
The HubSpot Sales Hub provides my team with a great deal of structure, as it can be used to distribute and track projects with the support of other team members, all of which can be done from a computer or via the mobile app. Classifying emails in this way allows you to see the status of emails sent to customers and those that have been received, as well as the settings for ready responses that are...
Despite the fact that the HubSpot Sales Hub is really well-organized and provides you and your team members with all the tools you need for a very reasonable membership price, it's difficult to think of anything negative to say about it. The user simply requires a few minutes of training before he can get the most out of it.

My sales materials are useless unless I can get them to my clients sales teams quickly and without technological issues. Mobile Locker handles the job so I can concentrate on the content.
Works just as well to quickly distribute your PDF or Powerpoints as to build an integrated interactive sales aid that ties in to your CRM system. As a sales content creator if my clients don't already have a platform in place I *always* recommend Mobile Locker.
I've only been using Mobile Locker for eight years so haven't discovered any cons yet. I'll come back to you.

With increasing utilization of Mobile Locker, this application will help our sales reps better promote our products (especially during this time where remote access is necessary). Mobile Locker will also allow sales operations to pull reports and analyze data usage (i.e. user usage/frequency; effectiveness; open/read rate of promotional documents sent via email).
Ease of use - adding new licenses, training users, adding presentations and assigning user permissions; searching/filtering through presentations; customizable features all around (email templates, presentations). All-in-one storage for our promotional and training documents. Reps can access easily.
No cons at this time. We are working on integrations with Veeva Network.

We love the product and even more love the people who support Mobile Locker. Very responsive and really listen to questions often responding with new features. The capabilities have increased regularly during the time we have been using Mobile Locker.
Mobile Locker has allowed us to get all our digital assets organized for easy distribution. It has also helped us greatly with version control. All our sales reps have all our items in one place and have the latest version. Since we also have assets available for customer download on our various websites, once we update a document such as a brochure, all the sites and sales people are updated as the link does not change. It is a powerful tool for us that saves us more in time than we are spending.
We have yet to have any significant problems.

Mobile Locker is very user friendly and the developers are responsive to our needs. They regularly add additional functionality. We think it's a good value.
We chose this software to use as a repository of our sales tools, which include documents and videos. As the administrator, loading presentations is very user friendly. As a user, videos and documents load instantly and it couldn't be easier to send items to others.
