Know exactly what "they" are up to!

Tracking all sales activities from cold call/email/visits to lead management and tracking of sales.

Pros

Tracking Cold calls, e-mails, meetings follow-ups and the ability to set up dashboard to track all of these data keeps them on their toes and me up to date.

Cons

The only issue we found is with the mobile app not updating all of the activities resulting in the team having to do double entries

In addition to the sales platform and CRM, we use huspot to manage out marketing - bear in mind that everything is hubspot is closed loop so we can align out sales efforts with our content management, social management, paid ads, marketing automation, reporting and more.

Pros

Easy to use, good range of integrations, closed loop reporting, good training and support - clarity on responsibility for all our team across departments.

Cons

Not much - it would be nice to see a few more integrations with other CRM and sales platforms, and other 3rd party tools like chat, but there are always new updates such as these being rolled out by HubSpot.

Hubspot allows me to effectively management my sales pipeline, keeping track of the main clients and deals.

Pros

It allows you to customize your sales funnel and program automatic reminders, tasks and follow-ups.

Cons

The reporting tool is a bit limited, as it doesn't allow you to customize charts and reports so much.

Pros

Tasking system for reminders and follow-ups, then the ability to run reports from tasks and emails.

What a nice email reading spy

Now I only mark the emails that would make sence for me to call as someone is reading my email.

Pros

I get instant notification when someone is opening my email - that is a good time to call.

Cons

When sending out email to multiple recipients, Sidekick does not separate the recipients so you can only guess who's reading by location info.

There are many customizable options of how you want any and everything set up and it's much easier to use than many of it's competitiors.

Cons

It's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to (like any other sales CRM). Sometimes records don't update everywhere in the CRM immiediately and the lag can be a bit annoying.

It is such a vital tool that helps compliment everything we are doing as a company.

Pros

My cold call efforts do not need to result in tons of data entry but rather allows me to enter my notes and sales data into the HubSpot profile that is created through me simply sending an email.

Cons

They have a merge feature but this is time-consuming and cannot be undone so at times it feels like a risk.

Pros

I like being able to track phone calls, emails, and meetings with leads.

The amount of great features, like Meetings, Templates and Sequences. This tool allowed us to shut down three others, it's highly valuable and low cost.

Overall, Hubspot streamlines the sales experience and gives you the nudges/prioritization you need to stay on top of tasks. It's definitely helped me - I don't know how much value it provides for the price point, but I'm not the admin/buyer.

Pros

I've been very impressed with Hubspot's capabilities (especially as someone who has used Salesforce before). Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself.

Cons

Also wish there was a way to filter the way attachments are automatically added - having a ton of email signatures saved is annoying when you're trying to find a contract.
