A great feature of the companion app is the ability for HubSpot to show contact details on the call screen when receiving a call from anyone entered into the CRM.

Cons

The lack of integration with an accounting program, like QuickBooks, where my clients live, is a drawback.

more efficient data entry, lots of integrations with third party tools, well build API.

Pros

It is well integrated with the marketing platform and simplifies data entry and task management. The chrome extensions are particularly useful in helping to provide context during interactions with leads, and facilitating data entry and maintenance.

Cons

It lacks some of the customization you would expect from a full-featured CRM (ability to create a custom formula or lookup fields, for example).

Great CRM for Hubspot users.

Recently we decided to work on building up our sales team and we have started using the Hubspot CRM. Since we are already familiar with Hubspot the transition was easy and we had a lot of marketing tools set up that could work together with the CRM.

Pros

I love that you can create a call queue and call right from the CRM. I also really like how it integrates with the Marketing side of Hubspot.

Cons

Could be more robust.

Closed loop data and reporting on every aspect of the funnel means your whole organisation can be aligned on reponsibilities - anyone can add to the CRM, and every interaction, from the first click on your site, through conversion, nurture and close can be monitored and acted on.

Pros

Clear tracking, clear annotation, good reporting, good integration with other platforms (you don't just have a CRM here, you have a traceable intgratable platform with all your marketing and sales tools - an an increasing list of 3rd party tools like LinkedIn.

Cons

Im sure there are a few 3rd party integrations that would remain useful to have with HUbPSot CRM.

In addition to the sales platform and CRM, we use huspot to manage out marketing - bear in mind that everything is hubspot is closed loop so we can align out sales efforts with our content management, social management, paid ads, marketing automation, reporting and more.

Pros

Easy to use, good range of integrations, closed loop reporting, good training and support - clarity on responsibility for all our team across departments.

Cons

Not much - it would be nice to see a few more integrations with other CRM and sales platforms, and other 3rd party tools like chat, but there are always new updates such as these being rolled out by HubSpot.
