Pros
I like hubspot for most of my CRM, sales and marketing solutions. It's a great option for medium to large businesses due to price
Cons
The add ons are expensive for a small business. There are plenty of free options available in several different solutions that can get you close to the hubspot one stop shop

As long as your business pricing isn't super complicated, sales hub allows business to integration all customer information into one place. It's a great customer experience which is well worth the money if you can afford it.
Pros
Great thing about Hubspot is you can start with a CRM, and take that data to expand to other products in the suite
Cons
Sequence can be a bit tricky and limited in functions sometimes. I wish I had more triggers like their marketing automation tool. For example, it'd be great to have if/then function in the sales automation

Pros
It was intuitive to use; enjoyable to use in keeping track of new leads.
Cons
Too expensively priced for small businesses. Also does not interface with Zimbra email platform; without interfacing with one's email platform, a CRM program is quite useless.

It is a good CRM, it manage sales in a good way. Recommendable
Pros
The CRM has good features, easy-to-use, very useful. Specially for small business, it seems you can growth with it.
Cons
Gap from free to paid is high for a growing small business. I Think that to add new features and depending on the number of users should be the first level price. Low if users are few.

Pros
I love my HubSpot software. Using this software, you can create sophisticated marketing campaigns all by yourself. Create a quick landing page, email, CTA button and you're done. Then use the metrics provided on your dashboard to track everything. It runs really fast, is easy to understand, bugs are extremely rare and customer service is always standing by to help.
Cons
Even though the cost is the majority of our marketing budget, I feel it is a great value.

Overall, Hubspot streamlines the sales experience and gives you the nudges/prioritization you need to stay on top of tasks. It's definitely helped me - I don't know how much value it provides for the price point, but I'm not the admin/buyer.
Pros
I've been very impressed with Hubspot's capabilities (especially as someone who has used Salesforce before). Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.
Cons
Some integrations are buggy/weak - the integration with Asana is especially poor, as the functionality once a task is pushed to Asana it is not useful. Also wish there was a way to filter the way attachments are automatically added - having a ton of email signatures saved is annoying when you're trying to find a contract.

Moving to Hubspot Sales for us was a difficult decision but ultimately the right one. We were already utilizing the Hubspot Marketing Platform and wanted to bring our entire buying journey together in one platform to provide the type of data we needed to power our acquisition efforts. We got a lot more than we'd hoped. The transition to Hubspot Sales was quite simple, it challenged us to build out our processes a bit further and allowed us to leverage automation technology to manage some of our follow-up process. Where the product falls short is in it's reporting capabilities.
Pros
The amount of great features, like Meetings, Templates and Sequences. This tool allowed us to shut down three others, it's highly valuable and low cost.
Cons
Reporting is very weak, even with the add-on reporting product.

Works for us, but there's a lot that can be improved, and pricing is high.
Pros
- customizable
- plugs in easily to email client
- good number of integrations to enrich the experience
Cons
- no true inbox, unless you're using their service hub product, which we don't because we have intercom
- terrible integration with intercom, sad because we use both.

Pros
We actually ended up upgrading from sales to marketing and then enterprise. Hubspot makes great software that sales people actually want to use. The sales automation is like hiring another sales person for 60 per month
Cons
It is expensive and more value could be given for the money but at the same time it works and is easy to use.

I wish I had moved from our previous tool (Streak) before. Hubspot is intuitive, just works and it generates good results.
Pros
1) Grows with you
Although it offers a gazillion features and possibilities, just like Facebook, it just grows with you and how you use it. I tend to discover some additional possibilities along the way, even after +6 months of using it, but it always gets better for my use cases.
2) Easy sequences & follow-up
The sequences in Hubspot just work. Once set up - which is easy - I can add users one by one, tailor the message a bit and send out. Every mail sent is a mail I otherwise would have not gotten the time for to send it and just gives back results. It's more a sequence praise than Hubspot per se, but Hubspot's approach just works for me.
3) All-in-one
The fact that the landing pages can be created very easily, that you can send marketing emails, have chat on your website etc is a major plus.
4) Community
The fact they are big makes for a slew of Fiverr guys ready to help me out when in need.
Cons
1) Only community
Although I consider the fact they have a large community as a plus, the fact that you sometimes have to rely on the community to upvote features makes that my 'personal' impact on the roadmap is low. Even with a lot of upvotes there is no guarantee that Hubspot will alter the product.
2) Constant changes in pricing & feature lists
I have recommended others to use Hubspot for their features in a specific pack I use. However, pricing & features change so I sometimes mistakenly try to get people on board whilst pricing has gone up or features are missing for the acceptable pricing.
3) The neverending upsell
It makes sense that with more needs, more tools can be of assitance. But in Hubspot's case, there is a lot where we can still grow and where they can still charge me more. An acceptable all-in-one pricing would be welcome, because for now I do not use some features because of the big pricing gap.

All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot. It's really good because we can connect with Hubspot CRM and automate most of our process.
Pros
Hubspot is really complete and it has an amazing API which you can connect almost any app to it. All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot Sales, and it does an awesome job.
Cons
Hubspot does really have a lot of good features and is the best software out there, but the price is really expensive. Sometimes we consider moving away from it just to lower some of our costs.

For our application, we liked Hubspot a lot. It made financial sense to us to pay for the product. Most of our sales were big ticket institutional sales and we needed to carefully manage leads which HUbspot allowed us to accomplish.
Pros
- Excellent customer support
- Excellent training/wiki support
- Userfriendly interface
- Intuitive menu and other flows - easily got the hang of it.
- Excellent certification program and tests - got certified in about two months of daily use.
Cons
- It is a bit on the expensive side for a small business. We were in the B2B side of business, so we did not have a large list of prospects. For B2C businesses, the pricing can be tricky.

Faster way of contacting clients and sending out emails/templates. Increases productivity.
Pros
The ease of use and the templates and how it connects with email platforms. Being able to use the templates through the email platform and notifications when they read the email(s).
Cons
Some features are limited or available for marketing instead of sales which the cost jumps excessively between Sales and Marketing especially for a start up business with low revenue.

The Sales Hub is fantastic for early teams and startups. It is easy to use, even for non-sales people and is highly customizable. Easy import and export, a wird range of possible integrations and numerous further features definitely justify its price. Great value for money, especially if you get startup discount via your accelerator or VC.
Pros
Very helpful bulk import function - lets you edit your columns and properties between file upload and final transition into the system. High degree of customization (properties)
Cons
Things like quick and good customer service, as well as help with getting started, do not come for free.

I like the business model. There are lots of features for free and you can choose to upgrade as your job function or company grows.
Pros
In my sales role, my favorite function of HubSpot is the ability to track your prospects in the sales funnel, but also the ability to see when emails are opened. This way I can see that the customer is actually "alive" and now I can follow up to better close the sale.
Cons
No real complaints on my end. I suggest maybe pricing some of the features at a lower price? But I understand HutSpot is also a business and need to make money too.

Pros
The low price point is a big plus. It's a no-brainer solution for organizations that already use HubSpot COS and don't want to pay for a pricier solution. It has fairly robust functionality and will likely meet the needs of sales teams with simple to moderately-complex sales cycles and engagement processes. Also, the calling features, email/calendar sync, and meeting link functionality pieces are rock solid.
Cons
Lacks some of the bells and whistles of pricier platforms that would allow teams to create more-complex cadences. Other things like not being able to customize call dispositions and not being able to tie in Sales Pro functionality into COS Workflows, etc. Still, not a deal breaker for most sales teams, I think.

Pros
There are many great features this product has to offer. From keyword tracking, blogging, Landing Pages, and many more. What really makes HubSpot standout is their community and excellent support. They are looking to help your business grow by creating excellent content and developing a true inbound community.
Cons
I like just about everything the product has to offer. I would like to see a lower price point if I could change anything.

I love the platform and have used it personally in my business, and with multiple clients. It's a great tool and it's functionality is a huge plus - if you are at the level where you need this type of support.
Pros
The platform is really large and offers a lot of functionality. The ability to manage social, email, customers, and workflows is incredibly valuable - especially if you have a very large audience (5k ppl on your list or more).
Cons
While it's terrific for large companies, it's a bit large for smaller companies or startups. The price can also be prohibitive if you have a limited budget and small audience.

Tracking all sales activities from cold call/email/visits to lead management and tracking of sales.
Pros
The ability to know what your roaming sales team is up to has no price. Tracking Cold calls, e-mails, meetings follow-ups and the ability to set up dashboard to track all of these data keeps them on their toes and me up to date.
Cons
The only issue we found is with the mobile app not updating all of the activities resulting in the team having to do double entries
Rating breakdown
Likelihood to recommend: 9/10
Pros
Ease of use, integration with many vendors and solutions, workflow is very beneficial, mobile app is very useful.
Cons
In ability to send email campaigns unless you use the marketing module, sending bulk emails, for example, multiple people in a deal is not possible, price is high, some field properties are not customizable.

Pros
Helped my team & I track deals, leads, prospects as well as prospect status's which was helpful. It's not very expensive compared to other major CRM providers either.
Cons
Feel that it's not very user-friendly platform. Compared to other CRM competitors it doesn't have as clean of a user interface, overall it looks a bit outdated.

Pros
I've always been a fan of the HubSpot softwares and HubSpot Sales is no different. The monthly fee is very much worth the price as it gives you full access to all of the features. I love being able to setup and schedule meetings, do email marketing, and store documents in the same place that my leads are managed.
Cons
I don't really have any cons to HubSpot Sales. It's overall a great product, highly recommend!
