The telemarketing calls that a business owner gets on a daily basis are insane. When using Sideline, as far as I've been able to tell, there is no way to block aggravating numbers.

It can be highly misused/abused by others who continuously create new phone numbers to harass others that have blocked them.

The only negative I can mention is that we have been unable to install the CloudTalk client app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
