Best Service Provide of Contact Center

For the last 3 years, we are using this software. I am highly recommended to everyone to purchase this product. They are offering support, services, and many more things.

Pros

Quality of Services they are offering in less pricing. When you need any help or support you can contact any time. They are always available for helping the services. Most of the features are covered in one dashboard. Call details of your caller is best part in the services.

Cons

They have to add more features like SMS broadcasting, Whatsapp integration, etc.

Its always been a great working with SparkTG as the way SparkTG handles their clients and tries resolving their queries in the given TAT is amazing. We appreciate your all efforts.

Cons

Not really bothering to mention for a review. On and off very minimal issues which get resolved in a timely manner.

Very stable service. Almost no downtime. Bug-free and transparent.

Cons

All the services are great. Whatever feedback I have shared in the past with the team they have rectified it promptly. Hence, no cons from my side.
