Twilio is expensive, more so if you're making a lot of calls or sending messages. Ve also used their voice API and their authentication app, which are very good. They have very competitive prices and solid service. Within 10 minutes, I was sending test messages to myself. Very fair pricing model per message and excellent customer support (almost too good).
