Pros

Nice to have a completely integrated solution for all customer information as well as script help for callers.
Great product & even better customer service. They have the wow factor.
Spitfire has helped make our phone room run to the best of its ability.

Pros

Presently, I am including students in the system such that while on campus they can benefit from free phone calls while on campus. Asterisk is really amazing.
Best solution for an in-house PBX should you have the ability to manage and maintain it.
Very reliable and the system can even work as a Windows VM. Since the UI is user friendly and heavily customizable, this is a very good product for small/medium size business.

Cons

There was always a 3-5 second delay before the message was left so we were never able to use it. The company was never able to demonstrate a working product refused to give me my money back.
The problem I have with this software is the fact that once a agent has dispositioned the call it cannot be modified. For example if any information is incorrect it cannot be corrected.
Once they learned to use it in their daily routines it has made them work more efficiently. We have had some trouble with a loss of connection.

Cons

Need to be careful not to leave it open to fraudulent calls. As a CLI based tool it can be a bit confusing to install from the tgz.
It's difficult to set up, and some of the menu choices are very esoteric.
When I implementing my system.I could study several implementations and references. But there are no complete updated guide books,videos,references.
