I use it for gaining better understanding of my email activities from clients, leads and important messages from my business
I found this add on in the google play store. I began to use it as an example to my students in college of how integrate your email account with tools that allows to creat a crm environmet, mail tracking and review you work flow activities
You must have some sort of experience using sales pipelines or crm magament bacground to fully understand this platform

I love that Streak is a CRM that works within Gmail so I don't have to have so many windows open to check on a task or follow up with a client.
I like that many departments can use the CRM so that we can share information from Sales to Tech to Marketing if necessary but not all the information maps over all the time.

Gmail is a powerful email client, but Streak makes it even better. Streak is a CRM add on. It adds the ability to manage sales pipelines directly on Gmail. What I love most is the read receipt feature.
New users need to familiarize themselves with the environment. Especially the non-sales people.

CRM for email
I like how powerful my email box became when I implemented the Streak. It made email tracking, communication and scheduling so much easier.
It is a bit overpriced. It would be great to have more affordable pricing options.

Organized and streamlined CRM
I like that it integrates with Gmail. It is very lightweight and flexible to use. It also provides an email tracking feature
I wish it had a better pipeline visual display similar to Pipedrive or Hubspot CRM, where you can simply drag the deals across the different stages from left to right

Streamlined my CRM process
Ability to send out personalized mail merges to prospects wherever they are in your sales funnel is awesome. Also, they have a fantastic Zapier integration.
Well, as with anything I wish it was cheaper but honestly the value is tremendous. You get what you pay for.

I only use one feature really (send later) because I have other tools for lead tracking. However, send later saves me from emailing back and forth with clients at 2am when I'm emailing them because it's the time I have to work.
It's not integrated with my CRM. License yourself to Honeybook Streak ;-)

A good CRM solution for casual use that integrates well with Gmail.
Good news is that it integrates seamlessly with Gmail. This makes it easy to access your contacts and remain in the same interface and paradigm.
The good news is also the bad news. It can get a little oppressive to have the CRM tied to the email interface if you're not working on your CRM activities.

We use Streak to keep tabs on proposals sent and leads we need to reach out to.
I love how it integrates with gmail, so I don't have to open a different tab to organize anything. The free version is enough for us, but the features are pretty extensive. Snippets and mail merge are also amazing. I can't believe it's free.
Everything about this CRM has met out needs perfectly. No complaints here.

Inexpensive CRM solution for a small business
Great mail merge feature, easy to create and review draft messages. Great bulk import feature for uploading contacts from Google Sheets into Streak. Snooze and scheduled send features are top-notch and in my opinion superior to Boomerang.
Setting up the pipeline is a bit fiddly. Setting up the columns/fields for these contacts isn't always as intuitive as it looks.

It's a CRM that is integrated with Gmail. The best one I could find.
I like that this integrates into gmail and that there is a logical way to see your sales pipeline. Also, I like that you can track who has read you emails.
I wish I could use it to send automatic follow up emails to contacts within the CRM. I feel like I have to manage every point of the process in my CRM. Really no automation.

I was able to keep a close I on the mail I sent, open rates and replies. Overall this is a good product that is getting better all the time.
I like streak because it was easy to integrate into my gmail client
I did have a few conflicts with other CRM plugins but this was resolved.

I will never use any other CRM system again. I have used possibly 7 or 8 in the past and Streak CRM is the best of all of them.
I love that Streak is part of my emails. You don't have to go to a seperate website and login and copy and paste things between the 2 systems. Everything is there in the same window as your Google Workspace emails.
It takes a little time to get to know the system and see how it will work for you. I see now that they more video tutorials and that has helped tremendously.

It is a simple CRM for a starting company
Probably the best thing I like about Streak is that it connects into my gmail in a seamless fashion. It allows me to tag those emails associated with potential business and drops it into a little spreadsheet where I can follow up and review with ease.
I don't like the follow up option they have in place...I think if they put the last contacted at the top of the spreadsheet rather than requiring us to input a time to follow up I think it would be better.

I found this to be a great sales lead/CRM tool when my business was smaller and cash flow was a huge issue. It integrates so easily with Gmail so you aren't going into yet another program to track emails and sales. If you're looking to keep things simple and integrated then Streak is a great option. I still use and love the email tracking feature which allows me to "know" if my clients have read the emails I sent.
I most love the email tracking feature. It is one of the most economical options for this type of service and still use it to this day.
Now that I have moved into using another option for my sales processes (it allowed me to automate many tasks where Streak did not) I don't like the fact that I cannot delete the parts of the software that I don't use (the sales pipeline feature).

This is the stuff CRM's dreams are made of.
Masterful integration with Google's core productivity products (Gmail, G-Cal, G-Contacts, G-Meet, etc.). I wanted a CRM that increased efficiencies AND reduced redundancies, eliminated multiple software subscriptions, and existed WITHIN gmail. Streak achieves all of this (and—believe me—so much more) with flying colours. Not to detract from the many superior features of Streak, but I wish to use...

Streak is one of the best CRM I have used to develop new projects for the company, it help us to keep track of how the sales process evolves in order to achieve the objective of new customers. All the people involved (external and internal) will always keep informed in all of the steps. Worth trying it!
Best of it, it is basically a plug-in installed, it will super charge your Gmail. It is easily to set up the tracking (in your Gmail) for leads, upcoming prospects, follow ups, quote tracking, and more. It will allow you to create a pipeline of the possible customers and let you follow up through the mails you are sharing and receiving with them. Some additional features worth to mention is that you can track the openings of the emails shared, associations of specific contacts with specific deals, and best of all, setting up the pipeline as you wish for.
There are not cons to worth mention related to the features the tool offers, nevertheless, around the visuals could have some improvements to make it nicer and joyful to use. If the visuals as colors, icons and fonts improve I'm sure a lot of more people will love it!

Works really well within gmail/desktop software. Extremely easy to use. Team work is a blast. Visibility of tasks and next steps amazing.
Mobile app is a drag. Really. Some options require non-intiutive steps (adding tasks, selecting date and time.
