Very easy to bracket our leads into buckets and have a visual representation of where customers were in our sales pipeline. Made mailmerge easy.

Streak is incredibly easy to set up and use, and the way it integrates with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) makes it absolutely amazing. Want to see when a lead viewed your email? Done - right there in your inbox. Want to assign a lead to your team mate? Done - right there in Gmail! And the price is not too bad, either.
The main con is if you don't use Gmail for your email management. In that case there are better CRMs for you (e.g. Hubspot).

An extremely efficient solution for our sales staff to better improve customer relations and sales.
Seamless integration with Gmail This is especially great for companies that arent too big on using so many different third party solutions for CRM.
Customer service leaves much to be desired. Cost may be a bit much but if you use all the features available its justfiable.

Gmail is a powerful email client, but Streak makes it even better. Streak is a CRM add on. It adds the ability to manage sales pipelines directly on Gmail. What I love most is the read receipt feature.
New users need to familiarize themselves with the environment. Especially the non-sales people.

Organized and streamlined CRM
I like that it integrates with Gmail. It is very lightweight and flexible to use. It also provides an email tracking feature
I wish it had a better pipeline visual display similar to Pipedrive or Hubspot CRM, where you can simply drag the deals across the different stages from left to right

- easy flows - easy to add items, move in the funnel, set tasks, and get back to your work - you don't waste time - good performance, doesn't make gmail slow - email integration is smooth - you see all emails and no need for forwards

Great and powerful management of deals, facilitated supervision of the entire Sales team, cross-sharing details and information about prospects and customers.
Fully integrated with Gmail and GSuite, possibility to share deals and details with colleagues, powerful management of Sales pipelines, great features to manage Sales activities.
Sometimes I struggled to find all the features Streak provides, the look is not so fresh. I believe the Streak team should refresh the user interface and improve the user experience also improving the ease of use.

I found this to be a great sales lead/CRM tool when my business was smaller and cash flow was a huge issue. It integrates so easily with Gmail so you aren't going into yet another program to track emails and sales. If you're looking to keep things simple and integrated then Streak is a great option. I still use and love the email tracking feature which allows me to "know" if my clients have read the emails I sent.
I most love the email tracking feature. It is one of the most economical options for this type of service and still use it to this day.
Now that I have moved into using another option for my sales processes (it allowed me to automate many tasks where Streak did not) I don't like the fact that I cannot delete the parts of the software that I don't use (the sales pipeline feature).

I found this add on in the google play store. I began to use it as an example to my students in college of how integrate your email account with tools that allows to creat a crm environmet, mail tracking and review you work flow activities

Our sales workflow is smooth thanks to streak
Streak is ver flexible. It adapts very well to different scenarios. Whether customer relationships, Human Resources hiring, bug tracking, you name it. Basically it is a full stack workflow management tool. The custom columns, email tracking, integration with third party thru Zapier, contact and organizations, collaborative and reactive environment are among the things we most like.
Honestly, there aren't many thing I don't like. The contacts in my opinion were not very well handled, but they recently came with a new solution I believe to be spot on. Sometimes I wish I could have a little more control on who sees what.

I'm new to Streak, but I already see how this software will solve my CRM problem. I was trying to use Hubspot, but it's just not built for either single person businesses, nor for odd email systems like Etsy uses. It also had tons of clunky features that just are excessive. I will definitely be recommending this to friends who use Gmail for sales, customer service and order management. It gives me the functionality I need, and the ability to add more, without making things so complicated that it's not worth the bother. I'm sold!
I've checked out many CRMs but they are generally set up for teams. This one has team functionality, but I don't need that. I need to be able to track customers, leads, and orders just for myself! I also sell a lot through Etsy, so my order emails and client contacts are all under their email. With most automation, that would mean that it would be lumped under one contact, but with Streak's excellent use of "Boxes", I'm able to sort even those emails and track specific orders on an individual basis. Plus, since it's private, Streak doesn't charge me.
Figuring out how this would best work for me is always the biggest challenge, but after watching their on-demand setup video, I was able to sort it out. Sometimes the language used for specialized software is out of my vernacular, but it's fairly easy to pick up. I'm not yet seeing many cons.

Best in the category of email and sales tracking.
Accuracy of tracked emails and the timings. Timely notifications when receiver views the email provides the ease to track and report data.
It gets log out automatically sometimes. That makes it a bit difficult to log in again and use the platform.

I like how easy it is to use Streak with my gmail. I use it for sales and marketing purposes, and any company can benifit from it if they use gmail, and have a sales or marketing team.
I don't like how it is only connected to gmail. I believe this product should be applied to other email sevices.

It's easy to manage client contacts, deals and sales pipelines right where these transactions live - in Gmail.
With Streak, everything is integrated into Gmail - everything. Without bloating the interface, the browser extension and permissions grant you access to customizable sales pipelines, deals and contacts management, and email tracking all associable with the client emails in your inbox. This can really improve your workflow if you're most comfortable working exclusively in Gmail. One feature I really appreciate is the mail merge tools, which pairs perfectly with the customizable sales pipelines and email tracking.
Parts of the interface can be misleading as to what is included in the free version - I frequently run into a hard paywall when trying to access some links beneath my sales funnels. Ideally those options would be hidden but this is a minor issue considering that the essential features are all there.

It's much more easier to manage my inbox and complex sales and partnership pipelines involving many teams.
I find the pipelines and boxes very intuitive to use and manage, and I love the new layout for boxes with email conversations, documents etc. accessible in a click. I find the whole experience better than Gmail's folders and tags. I use Streak to organize my inbox and my work. My most favorite thing though is the snooze feature. So useful.

I wish I had moved from our previous tool (Streak) before. Hubspot is intuitive, just works and it generates good results.
