SuperReceptionist’s sleek web interface can be accessed from any web browser allowing users to login from nearly anywhere to schedule response for calls, ensuring that users never miss a business lead or leave behind an unhappy customer.

Dynamic greetings and multi-lingual messages greet callers depending on their location, and the customizable SMS API allows users to acknowledge them right after a call, as well as check up on how an agent responded to customer queries.

All incoming calls will auto-direct to selected agents who can also login and access complete call data, the dashboard and CRM to track and manage calls.

Setup is very easy and user friendly , a person having non technical skills can easily setup things.

Cons

Lots of competitors now in the market which offers low price as comparison to knowlarity

Pros

Good cloud telephony product available in market, its a good replacement to physical PBX system. No a single call is missed, Now our executive are always directly reachable to our customers.

Cons

I did not find any loopholes so far, there were few issues with communication service operators which effected Supereceptionist couple of occasions.

Pros

Helps in answering calls efficiently amongst many executives.

Cons

Any time I talk to them about pricing I feel like I am being taken for a ride. They will onboard you at a lower rate and then take you for a ride. If Service is down then very little response from the service team.

The features for the product and Knowlarity website are great

Cons

Knowlarity customer service sucks honestly. It takes forever to hear from them to get your free trial and then they back out on supporting you or allowing you to use their service.

Product is good, Support is bad

Pros

Easy to Use, Cost effective. Product is simple and build quality is good. However innovations are required.

Cons

As product grew, lot of limitations have been put up. Plus the support has turned very pathetic. It takes days to get a simple request solved. Chat support agents do not respond.
