Pros

No a single call is missed, Now our executive are always directly reachable to our customers.

Cons

I did not find any loopholes so far, there were few issues with communication service operators which effected Supereceptionist couple of occasions.

It takes days to get a simple request solved. Chat support agents do not respond.
