Kaan: So we can basically go through the pricing. There's three license types in Talkdesk. And so we can run from the bottom up, and it starts at Regular. So the Regular is great for teams that need something that is very simple, that they can get up and running basically tomorrow, right?

So it starts at $29 per user per month, billed annually, but really, when businesses come to us and ask "hey what do we need to use?" it's going to be either Pro or Enterprise, and the reason why is that Pro and Enterprise come with reporting, live call monitoring, the integrations... really everything that takes Talkdesk from a more basic system into that business realm where it becomes really valuable for teams that do want to have that collaboration across a team and understand what's happening with our call center. And so the way that it works is that, again, Pro is $49 per user per month, Enterprise is $99 per user per month. The difference between the two is that Enterprise does come with custom daily reporting, so if you want Excel sheets sent to your inbox, you can run the data on your own, you can do that with the Enterprise edition. Jimmy: What does minutes sold separately mean?

Kaan: Good question. So, there's two components to pricing. The first will be licenses, which we're covering here, and the second will be the minutes and the amount of usage that you have with Talkdesk. And so, basically, as you use more minutes, there's a consumption model that you'll basically use minutes with Talkdesk as well, because we are both your contact center software and also the telco underneath.

Jimmy: Okay. And what are those rates? Can you give me a little bit of a background into how much those minutes cost?

Kaan: Basically, the way that the rates are set up is that there's three styles of calling in the US and Canada. So either inbound toll free, outbound, or inbound to a local toll number. Inbound toll free is 4 cents per minute, outbound is 3 cents per minute and inbound to a local number will be 2 cents per minute.

Jimmy: Okay. And these are all minutes that can be purchased within Talkdesk?

Kaan: Correct. So you can purchase them within Talkdesk. Additionally, most of our customers buy a grouping of minutes, or a credit block, and that's something we can advise on and work with to make sure that you get the right fit for your team.

Kaan: As you say, it's meant to be simple, it's meant to be straightforward and transparent, so we'll do everything to make sure that the right license and the right credit blocks are assigned to each customer.
