I didn't like that is not too user-friendly and that it has too many apps. Sometimes my text would get confused by commercial texts or get lost between the apps.

This was my go to texting app for years . There is a lack of stable cellular service where i live, and being able to still call and text via wifi has been outstanding

Excellent! I’ve had to use this app multiple times over the years. Easy as signing up with your email and picking a number. Sometimes a previous number I’ve used will be an option and my old messages are actually still saved so that’s kind of neat.

Text free is a life saver

Overall, TextNow was a really nice experience and I do recommend.

It was a great experience. I enjoyed this app. I was able to call and text freely without any barriers.

Overall it's a good product to use. Calls sometimes are finicky but sound is good

Good service have to pay for codes to be sent which I don't like 

TextFree App keeps, during calls forcing the speakerphone on and I have been trying to reach out to them for a year now and they never respond. I tried all the trouble shooting possible on my end and nothing works. I can lay my phone on the table with out even touching it and the speaker phone turns on and off causing my ears to burst with pain. Contacting Samsung next but I really think it has to do with the developer of the app and maybe google....

It's been a pretty good experience never had any problems out of it.

As mentioned above I found this app hard to use due to the advertisements and the call quality not being great. But the ability to get a free US number is hard to turn your nose up to.

Its free and worth a try

I love using this app, if my phone ever is cut off, I always use this software as a backup number just in case, it’s free & easy to use, very beginner friendly, you can’t go wrong with it honestly

Overall, this is really a great online text option.

It was useful when we are deciding what local cell company to switch to after moving to a new state.

Text Free That‚Äôs Me.

Sarah:                                                 My name is Sarah and I am self-employed. I have a small business that is just myself. And I have to rate that scale probably for TextFree, maybe a four.
                                                       On a day-to-day basis I use TextFree to contact my clients, people that work for me or other people that seek business with me, maybe people want to make corrections and things such as that. Also, it allows me to filter my phone calls better when I use my TextFree number.
                                                       Most definitely, it would just be the filterization in general because I don't ever have to question if someone is calling my TextFree number for any other purpose other than my business.
                                                       Every now and then I get a breakthrough call that is maybe from somebody else who previously owned the phone number. Now, that is the only dislike that I would have. I don't have it often though so it's not a huge deal. But every now and then I will get a call like that and normally they leave a message and it's something that's automated so I don't really stress about it.
