What is TwinFax?

TwinFax software is for managing fax documents in an office, without the need for a fax machine. Faxes are sent to email servers (FaxToMail, MailToFax) as PDF or TIFF files. The program has been approved by the Post since 1988 and SAP-certified since 1998.

Printed documents (PrintToFax) can be sent via TwinFax and vice versa (FaxToPrinter). The program can integrate with mail servers, such as MS-Exchange and LotusDomino, as well as ERP, CRM, and merchandise management systems. TwinFax has functions for bulk mail, broadcasts, electronic signatures, and fax character controls. The program supports various office groupware and workflow servers, such as Microsoft Exchange 2019, Lotus Domino, and Microsoft Dynamics. The fax server also supports terminal server clients, such as SAP NetWeaver and Microsoft Dynamics NAV applications.

The fax server works with visualization software, such as VMware, Xen, or Hyper-V. TwinFax can connect to any VoIP system and certified TE-Systems XCAPI. The integration aims to resolve fax transmission problems that can occur over frequented IP routes.
