Pros

So thankful for this tool as it was a huge help in management thus saving a lot of time. Its marketing features are so easy to use and really do the job.
I'm a fan -- their WordPress integration is great and is able to pick up on user signups automatically.
This does the trick... provide me with the features i want to have. Getting started with the free account is great to learn to tool.

Pros

Alertmedia has been great overall. The product is great and support team rep is always very helpful.
I think it is an excellent tool and I am glad we invested in it. I just think we could probably use it more often.
The customer service team is the BEST. They are very receptive to your needs and quickly respond to resolve any concerns.

Cons

Bad customer support, administration and misleading information.
Was some bugs in the older version that sometimes made me mad. User filtering sometimes not worked.
User.com automation may be difficult to configure as you need to plan the whole flow ahead.

Cons

It comes up with an error that no one is able to figure out. Otherwise, I can't think of anything I don't like about the core functionality of the application.
I sometimes see errors such as a message did not delivered to everyone.
There are a lot of features we don't use, especially with the weather alerts. It's a little confusing sometimes with so many features.
