Pros

Set up is quick and easy; Call quality is excellent.
THE EASE OF USE IS FANTASTIC AND IF THERE EVER IS A PROBLEM IT'S A SIMPLE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE FIXED.
I like that you can receive on-line help and more often then not they'll be able to guide you to fix the issue.

Pros

They don't offer any upgrades in features but love to update their billing instead.
EVoice is a great alternative to a full-time receptionist or live answering service.
Once I got it configured correctly, it's a great option to route income calls.

Cons

Only problem I had was the switch over from old software to new software, I had a problem with calls no longer being forwarded but it was quickly resolved.
Using the app on my android phone was slightly confusing, but customer service walked me through setting it up on the system.
Technology no small business should be without.

Cons

They will provide the lowest class of service at the lowest base point possible, and then they will charge you (repeatedly) for cancelled service.
Terrible customer service and never offer any additional features as others within this industry have had for years.
Messages do not show in my message center and the mobile app is so slow and buggy as to be useless.
