Pros

Tech support has been very responsive. Received an email from customer service/support to arrange a tutorial if I needed help setting up the system - very helpful to make sure I set it up correctly.
Probably my favorite thing about Virtual PBX is the ability to place and receive calls from "the office" from just about anywhere. Their "follow me" features are very convenient.
Set up is quick and easy; Call quality is excellent.

Pros

Zoiper is a prominent VoIP client which is used as a softphone and can be integrated with various SIP-based PBX systems. It has a good sound quality and it is easy and intuitive to use and operate.
It's makes global calling experience more worthy. It's helps to record the calls over cloud and that is very important for business quality prospective.
I like that this software offers a free service which is pretty advanced and solid. Also the setup is very simple and intuitive.

Cons

She tagged the problem, hunted down the right solution and now i get no more calls from one of the biggest scammers in US and no more robo calls.i can actually sleep at night.
Only problem I had was the switch over from old software to new software, I had a problem with calls no longer being forwarded but it was quickly resolved.
I'm finding it difficult to identify something I don't like about the software.

Cons

I had a hard time choosing what type of dialer needs to download for my windows. There are lots of options in their website which is very confusing.
When unable to register the phone, it should throw more vivid errors than it does right now, if that's possible. It just helps customers know where are they going wrong and can quickly made amends.
It is user profile based, so if the user lock his computer with zoiper ON and another user login to the same computer, the new user zoiper doesn't work. It has Limited number of license usage.
