Pros

Super happy with their service, it took me a long time to find a provider that was both reliable and good value for money.
Couldn't be happier to be honest. I've used a few various other bits of equipment in the past but Voipstudio I'm happy to recommend.
The system has tons of amazing features that make any small company create a high level professional image which increases the chances of acquiring new business.

Pros

I like it because it is very productive, its interface is good, is an easy to use software and the price is very good.
Xcally is very scalable offering the perfect out of box solution for small companies and very accommodating for all it's growth needs.
XCALLY is a must have for any customer service department of any business ranging from small. To large scale Call Centers - You get the best support on the solution and you get the best value.

Cons

Some colleagues have been asked to install the program on their phone and there has been some reluctance. This is not strictly a VoIPstudio problem, but it is a problem that exists.
When dialing a call, the mike button is muted until a long time which is sometimes misleading for the user.
Occasionally a poor line if internet connection is particularly bad but not a fault of voipstudio.

Cons

Missing features that must be developed. Many requests for support from our customers because not easy to use.
No automatic upgrade, it​ requires to be triggered via UI manually.
The contact manager is a little bit rigid but at the moment I have fixed all the problems.
