Pros

Very good, easy to share content, presentation, be able to view participants. Very stable platform, video quality.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.

Pros

The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.

Cons

Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
We have had trouble with the video when everyone first started working from home and opted for audio-only. I have also experience the inability to recorded meetings.

Cons

Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.

Connectwise solved the problem of blocked FTP file transfers by allowing my to copy/paste files directly through my session.

Pros

I switched to Connectwise Control from Webex and I am extremely happy. Connectwise allows me to respond to most UAC prompts and transfer files directly from my screen to the remote session. I could do neither of those things with WebEx.

Cons

Nothing found as of yet to complain about

Outstanding Product

This is a great for our non-MSA customers. I like the product better than GotoAssist/GotoMeeting and webex.

Pros

I love the multi screen options, file transfer, and overall quality of the remote sessions.

Cons

It does not work in large corporate environments with proxy servers. However, we also use and internal automate that allows us to connect to specific machines via standard ports. If we ever move to the cloud version we would lose that functionality.

Pros

Connectwise has always had good remote information collection tools, when I saw they created this I knew I had to try it. The software does not glitch up like I have had many issues with on webex.

Cons

It's a bit expensive in pricing, but other than that it was great.

Why didn't I get this a long time ago?

Sharing a desktop in Teams or WebEx is so limiting due to single monitor and non-admin restrictions. This gets past all that. The ability to install remote agents on our assets to allow unattended maintenance is excellent.

Pros

The ability to perform admin actions on the remote machine.

Cons

Having to download the little executable is a nuisance.

Great Software for Remote Control

Remotely assisting users at remote locations is made simple with this software.

Pros

The software is lightweight and HIGHLY customizable for branding and end user experience. The feature set inside the software is great from File transfer to toolbox and manual control of screen resolutions for slower connections. Even the Operators console is flexible for grouping accounds and even batch loading or batch upgrading. I have used Several other brands before LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and even AppleRemote Desktop. As I work from 1 mac to another ConnectWise has always been the fastest connection. Feature for Feature ConnectWise has left the competition in the dust.

Cons

The audio portion does not work that well but in a pinch is good enough to have basic communication. I would not rely on it for a conference call or webex. Some of the features are a little hard to find the first time.

Long time users and still statisfied

Great. It is super user friendly and functional. Sometimes customer's networks block screenconnect but allow other software to run through the network which is annoying but not a problem with ScreenConnect.

Pros

Sometimes doesn't work in instances where WebEx or Teamviewer do work. see above you could have had the market targeting alot of users and devices all around the world with your good fair pricing but everything else is not so good as it was -- with webex, teamview, logmein, ultravnc free, dameware, Zendesk, anydesk, realvnc just to name a few we as IT professional cant afford to look stupid with virus threats coming up with screenconnect and telling people all these...

THE price compared to TEAMVIEWER AND LOG|ME in i was not a large operation so the licensing suited i loved the idea that i could make it a subdomain of my site or just have a link and it was White labelled affordable once i was remotely connected it was fine It has many integrations and partnered up with a lot of companies

Its a pity you have not a better business relationship with antivirus companies in most occasions and it was happening more and more that it would be picked up as a virus --- not good and worrying it has many integrations and features ---- these features were hard to install and because there was many versions - most the time hard to get the right compatibility -- these integrations should be one...
