Google Hangouts meetings or join.me is my product of choice
It gets the job done, common in big companies
Clunky, archaic, tons of junk you don't need, I prefer join.me

Great call quality unlike other services that I used like Skype, Join.me & Google Hangouts
Can be tricky at times: I had problems scheduling the meeting with my coworkers

I had a good experience just liked other softwares better.
Feel like this is a sufficient software for meetings. I prefer gotomeeting and join.me over webex but feel like this is a good software.
I didn't not like it, I just like other softwares that do the same thing better.

I've had a positive experiencing using WebEx when the need presents itself.
The product always seems to work, and when we use this for customer meetings there is never any time wasted for technical issues.
It's not a very fun product to use, and the interface seems more antiquated than many other tools out there (e.g. join.me, Zoom, etc.).

Cross functional teams spread across multiple sites and cities as well as providing best in class training for our staff with little latency.
Annotation, whiteboard functionality is amazing! There's no other way to do it! I also find it incredible helpful to "link" dial-in attendees with an attendee code so we know who's talking vs the competition which have only phone numbers. This is not at all helpful. The break out functionality is by far my favorite feature.
It's so expensive (though worth it), I find it hard to gain buy in from my organization's procurement team to switch from Google Hangouts or Join.Me.

I loathe Webex so much I judge anyone that uses Webex the same as I judge people still using an AOL email in 2021.
It was among the earlier video chatting software available. Before Zoom, before Google Meet, before Join.Me, WebEx was one of few options. It did the job, when people figured it out.
This is where the software fails. Earlier editions required users to download additional software, which could be hampered by UAC. I can't remember but updates might have required this too. Then the software itself was more complicated than it needed to be. I don't remember how many times there were audio driver problems, mic problems, video problems, etc. Perhaps browser tech wasn't capable of it at the time but most of the functionality really needed to move to server side vs client side.

The quality of the video has always been great and the software is really user-friendly.
I don't like that there's not a free option. Because of that, I use Join.me for my personal business, because I can at least do a screen share without a monthly cost.

While the features work, and the product is easy to use, requiring people to download software in advance of the meeting has often resulted in our meetings starting late and/or having people unable to attend.
The versatility of having other users present is incredibly useful. Screen refresh rates for screenshare are also higher than some of WebEx's competitors.
The necessity of your meeting attendees to download the software is terrible - simply clicking a link and being able to access the screenshare/conference in browser is something that UberConference, Join.Me and Appear. In have mastered. Why is WebEx so far behind?

I hated when I had to use Webex. In fact, after being Webex customers for years I ended up making the recommendation to replace Webex with Join.Me & Adobe Connect. The transition went pretty well and my team was happy for the change. We had two big issues with Webex. The first was related to the audio integration. We originally purchased from Webex and then at a renewal switched to a reseller....

Great, seamless, and the most reliable conferencing service I've stumbled upon to date. Would love to see additional features to give a full 5-star rating.
User-friendly interface, seamless collaboration capabilities, works across devices and has all the features you could expect to host a professional business meeting, with your clients, vendors, suppliers, or partners. Works on my phone when am travelling & I can even view presenter slides on the move, within the app itself.
No ability to run quick poll or surveys. Possibility to integrate mentimeter.com sort of interface. Meeting audience too have to download software to before they can hop onto meetings. Ran into issues where a "not so tech savvy" client using Webex for the first time had to go through the hassles of installing the desktop client. Would love to see a browser compatible participant version, similar to what join.me has.

I used WebEx in my previous job for all client meetings. It worked very well. A bit tedious to copy and paste all of the WebEx info like URL, phone, etc. into a meeting notice, but it's the same process as GoToMeeting. Both work well for what they're designed for. When I'm in a rush and a meeting is less formal, I prefer to use Join.Me. A lot easier to set up and clean simple interface.

I can't say that I'm a huge expert in conference tools. In my company we used join.me and zoom, and I was quite happy with them. However, one of our clients had webex as a corporate standard, and we had to use it and it was a complete nightmare. First of all, this webex doesn't have a good browser version, you have to install some plugins and extensions on your computer. Second, even after you installed it, it won't work properly sometimes. And I know it's not just me, because my colleagues who worked with this client complained about webex a lot as well. In fact, after several unsuccessful tries we gave up and we simply dialed in from our phones. It looked a little stupid to use your phone to call to another computer, but it was way easier than to use webex.
Nothing. With all my tolerance, I have to say I liked absolutely nothing about this software.
* It's extremely unintuitive, it's very hard to understand how it works. * It can't work from browser, it requires some extensions to be setup. And I don't like extensions running in my browser, they consume additional memory. * To be able to speak you need to install some voiceip plugin or something.

I love how easy it was to make a join me link and share with other attendees. Also the custom URL for meetings was great
It doesn't have as good of bells and whistles as the old standbys in this area like Zoom and Webex!

It enhance ease of sending instant messages.Files sharing is faster with Join.Me.
With Join.Me,I can easily schedule and host simple and secure online meeting quickly.Again,I can share my desktop screen instantly with others using Join.Me.I like ease to make crystal-clear audio and high quality video calls.
Join.Me cannot host online meeting sessions with large number of participants compared to it's alternatives like Zoom, Google Meet, Webex Meetings etc.
