Muy buena experiencia, wolkvox da facilidad, efectividad y economía al tener un diseño que permite que muchas cosas pasen a nivel de configuración y no necesariamente de desarrollo.  es una herramienta que aprovecha las nuevas tecnologías para evolucionar como producto y no quedarse en el mundo básico de la telefonía y enrutamiento de un call center.  Además esta solución permite una canalidad muy amplia e integrada para la atención de los clientes :):)
