El acceso al sistema Wolkvox es fácil y rápido, cumple con las expectativas a lo cual es utilizado en mi Área de Calidad, descargar las llamadas no es complicado y existen algunas alternativas para buscar a detalle una llamada
En algunos paises que realizo el monitoreo no existe una codificación especifica para cada llamada

Mi experiencia en general con la herramienta Wolkvox ha sido de grán ayuda, ya que por medio de ella puedo sacar fácilmente algunas bases de datos que me sirven para realizar informes que debo entregar a la jefatura.
A mí personalmente lo que más me gustó del software es que nos facilita mucho el trabajo, ya que en cuestión de indicadores los calcula al instante y podemos sacar varios informes de allí.
En general todo me ha parecido bueno, lo único que nos facilitaría más es que cada medición tenga su calculo.
