A large part of our business is reliant on communication amongst ourselves, our assets, our resources and our clients. We needed a reliable service provider with great quality.

Pros

MightyCall is new, and you can tell in all the best ways. The apps and website are clean and easy to use, the pricing tiers are common sense, and the support team is responsive.
I like the portability and ease of administration. I am not locked into my office, and with their features it is comforting to know that the phone call is recorded allowing a higher level of CRM.
I like the clean interface and the look of the software dashboard. I liked that they had a promotion for a half price trial period for 3 months.

Cons

Their mobile app was horrid, the connection would often broke down. Even so I had not thought about changing the company until I received a marketing call from PanTerra.
Settings are confusing, sometimes nothing happens when you configure them (no changes occur after saving). I don't always see/hear/notice my messages when someone is sending me messages.
My company is a media (online content publishing) company and we need a lot of communication at every second of the day. Previously we were using Maxi Net and unfortunately it was inadequate.

Cons

Pissed and cancelled the service since they weren't able to provide me with any balsam for my frustration in the way of a simple credit or something.
I never spend the time to write a review but the aggression I have went through with this company is crazy.
Then, they kept charging me after I cancelled and there wasn't even a phone number on the account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
