Excellent tool for sales efficiency for those that are cost conscious.

Eliminate the adminstrative work in Salesforce, allowed for great email campaigns, easy to use templates and a pretty accurate view of how many times people are opening my emails.

Pros

Good Mail merge features - links to Salesforce reports Templates are handy as you can insert the subject line as well + make it a part of the same thread to continue to use that subject line.

Cons

Not a big deal but would be nice it was just logged as an activity.

You get real-time notifications when someone opens your email or clicks on a link in them which is very helpful when you have to follow-up with someone.

Effective for keeping external communications logged to our CRM

Pros

The automatic syncing of emails to Salesforce is great, and seamless when paired with G-suite Mail. I'm a huge fan of their notification tool too to bubble up specific threads at any specified time.

Cons

The touchpoints tool is nice, but needs the ability to integrate to a flow (i.e. a form submission from your site should automatically dump the lead into an SDRs touchpoint.

Pros

real-time tracking of the e-mails, clicked links, and engagement. you can attach documents which will give you reports on time engaged and pages scrolled through on that specific document.

Cons

the ability to save a sent email as a template would be great. because it is running in the background and can slow down my browser a little.

Great sales productivity tool

Overall the experience has been very good. We have an inside sales team who use the tool and they see many benefits from it, including boosting productivity and tracking the opens/clicks that they get from campaigns and templates.

Pros

I think the layout is logical and it's easy to find what you need, even though some functionalities don't appear to be accessible from every page, which would be useful (for example, from the home page you can access templates but not campaigns). The reporting is useful but could be more extensive.

Cons

I have used a similar tool called Tout and this was a good feature of that tool.

Great Email Activity Tracking!

Yesware has more features that what we are currently using such as email campaigns but we are happy with the way that it syncs Gmail emails to Salesforce as we use Salesforce as our main system of record.

Pros

We use Yesware to sync Gmail activity into Salesforce in order to maintain and improve sales team efficiency.

Cons

Yesware did unexpectedly lose the connection to Salesforce for one of our users which resulted in some emails not being included in our reporting, but the Customer Service team were very responsive to investigate.

Overall the tracking, setting up sequences and reporting are all good.

Cons

The only drawback of Yesware is its UI and this is very subjective, we used MixMax and its UI is very good and we felt that Yesware lacked in terms of how it looked.

I'm impressed and thankful.

Pros

We're in different time zones and so if I call back to check her schedule, I'd probably only be able to leave a message. Rather than play phone tag, I was able to schedule a meeting within 10 seconds + received a calendar invite.

Cons

I've only had a good experience with Yesware, no compliants or suggestions from me.

Yesware provides quick reports on the campaigns and tracking helps us understand the customer.

Pros

If the leads don't respond to our first email it automatically sends the followup emails as per the schedule.

The simplest way to set up email marketing drip campaigns

From newsletter style emails to cold prospecting it's a wonderful application for email management.

Pros

Email tracking is very well laid out in yesware and you can even sync them to third party applications like Salesforce.

Cons

The grouping of certain metrics could be better, and the template editor should be more robust. I'm sure there's a way to do the templating externally but I feel this shouldn't be required for such advanced software.

I used the free version of Yesware when my Hubspot sidekick was no longer working

Email tracking free for a whole month. The fastest and most accurate tracking there is. I was going to sign up for Yesware but the pricing was just too high. There are a ton of features like location and exact timing of the emails opened that were superior to others I've used.

Pros

Yesware was very accurate and even faster than Hubspot sidekick. The free trial version was great to use. It gave a ton of detail into where and when emails had been opened.

Everyday I was receiving calls and emails.

Email has become one of the least reliable forms of communication, but it remains essential to doing business.

Pros

We use our own ISP for email, using POP/SMTP mail, not a cloud-based environment hosted by Microsoft or Google.

Cons

The support organization was Zendesk, a third party. We found that every time we'd have a question or issue they were very responsive, but it took forever to get resolved.

Pros

1) It is very simple to start using it. 2) mail merge is a good feature to use 3) it allows for integration with SFDC

Cons

1) Pricing is not transparent, they keep giving out offers to those who don't sign up. But those who do they won't share any incentives. 2) Templates are pretty basic and not much help 3) Not much you can do with tracking as the IP usually tracked is not correct. So you cant use that information targeting
