Great tool for sales people.

Yesware helps me be efficient, effective and productive as a sales rep.  I also am able to see which emails perform the best (both individual and on a team basis).  Knowing when someone opens or clicks an email is great leverage in the sales cycle! I of course never mention this to the prospect, however it allows me to manage my pipeline effectively.

Overall I've a positive experience. Yesware got the job done for me. We ended up buying Outreach to add calling capabilities, but Yesware took care of our basic needs -- sending scalable campaigns.

Yesware does the job

Knowing if someone has received an email, or re-opened it, is a truly valuable piece of information from a sales and support perspective. Email has become one of the least reliable forms of communication, but it remains essential to doing business. Spam detection software is junk. We have found no spam detection software that is reliable and turn off anything to ensure nothing is missed. It can even be manipulated by unscrupulous actors that want to harm the reputation of the sender. There are a million other reasons why it is unreliable. Unfortunately, most companies continue to use it. So we used Yesware to see if our regular communications were being received and opened, in much the same was we use software to verify that our client newsletter communications are opened. Yesware did the job in that respect. We didn't use any of its other features, since we had other software for that.

Shifting away from enterprise use - moving toward GMail and Microsoft-hosted offerings

Yesware has more features that what we are currently using such as email campaigns but we are happy with the way that it syncs Gmail emails to Salesforce as we use Salesforce as our main system of record.

Great Email Activity Tracking!

YesWare helped our business grow by setting up effective email campaigns. From newsletter style emails to cold prospecting it's a wonderful application for email management. 

The simplest way to set up email marketing drip campaigns 

This has been a great took for my position, it has helped me maximize my efficiency and maintain effective communication. I would highly recommend to anyone that interacts with clients or prospects on a regular basis.

Easy to Use, Straightforward, Not Buggy

I was looking at a tool for tracking emails as Google email tracking and streak did not work very well.
My boss suggested yesware and we bought the first premium plan. Before that I used the trial version for 40 days. I liked the tool and I was able to send timely invoices and assess whether my customers were really interested in my product.

Bang for the buck

Overall, Yesware's suite of tools have a huge impact on our sales and been very helpful. Some of it's features are available in most CRM platforms but it is pretty helpful to have it all available in one spot.

Automate your emails with Yesware!

Despite the bug that keeps saying there is an issue with the compatibility with Google Workspace, Yesware is very user-friendly compared to other software. It eliminates the need to use different email marketing software to create emails, respond to emails, and the creation and use newsletters because it can all be done within your email account. It is GDRP-compliant so you can rest assured, you are working within compliance and email servers limitations. 

Email Marketing and Custom Relationship Management

Yesware makes me more efficient and effective as a salesperson and relationship builder. 

Great For Any Salesperson! 

You get real-time notifications when someone opens your email or clicks on a link in them which is very helpful when you have to follow-up with someone. I also keep email templates which saves a lot of time when reaching out to people. 

Using Yesware to track the emails I'm sending and doing mailmerges

It is excellent for tracking emails and planning follow-ups, but the slowdown can be frustrating during busy periods, especially when working with high email volumes.

Simplified Email Tracking

Great tracking features, but wasn't used to its fullest potential

Overall the experience has been very good. We have an inside sales team who use the tool and they see many benefits from it, including boosting productivity and tracking the opens/clicks that they get from campaigns and templates.

Eliminate the adminstrative work in Salesforce, allowed for great email campaigns, easy to use templates and a pretty accurate view of how many times people are opening my emails. 

Excellent tool for sales efficiency for those that are cost conscious. 

Yesware Review

So I've been using Yesware for a while now and it's definitely useful. It's getting us some strong results and they're getting better at with mailmerge templates.

But overall the campaigns because very cumbersome to manage. You need to search for your accounts separately all the time and do a control+f to make sure you got all your bases covered.

It's also annoying that you can't just reorganize the order of the templates you created to match your new email sequence order. 

Gets The Job Done But So Cumbersome To Use

My team has been using Yesware for quite a while now and we are benefiting greatly from it. The quickness and accuracy of the email tracking gives us instant insight into our prospects and customers activity. They have added many new features that function smoothly and I know that they will continue to improve the product even further.

Great Sales Tool

Yesware has been a game-changer for me since I've been using it for months. My productivity has increased and my email outreach has improved as a result of the software.One of my favorite features of Yesware is the email tracking function. Knowing when my prospects are responding to my emails is tremendously useful for planning when to follow up. And Yesware's analytics are incredibly insightful, letting me know which emails are succeeding and which may benefit from some modification.Another significant time-saver for me is the mail merging tool. I can construct a template in Yesware and send customized emails with only a few clicks instead of manually sending the same email to several recipients. It has greatly increased the effectiveness of my outreach, freeing me up to concentrate on other crucial activities.Overall, my experience with Yesware has been excellent. I've been able to increase my outcomes and streamline my sales outreach.

Why I Can't Imagine Doing Sales Without Yesware

Good option if you are sending campaigns from Outlook

Yesware is Sales automation done right. Actually not just sales automation but pretty much all email communication. Easy to use. 

One suggestion - there has to be a way to take the creepy factor out of the sales equation - i.e. when the viewer opened the email / how much time they spent etc. etc.
