Their layout within their templates are completely restricted. This means you cannot upload anything from a photo to a gif without some type error or layout dysfunction.

The automatic syncing of emails to Salesforce is great, and seamless when paired with G-suite Mail. I'm a huge fan of their notification tool too to bubble up specific threads at any specified time.

What we liked about it was its simplicity once set-up, and the ease of telling whether or not someone opened the email sent, and where that person was located.

Spam detection software is junk. We have found no spam detection software that is reliable and turn off anything to ensure nothing is missed.

The emails I sent using yesware tracking were send to spam. Which makes it's use redundant if the tracking send with the emails can be easily tracked and qualified as spam.

Yesware's mailmerge and templates are some of the best in the industry in terms of ease of use and overall function.

Yesware is great

From signing up to upgrading, the customer support of yesware is great. They were able to answer my questions and provide quality insight on the product.  I do wish yesware had the feature of organizing data a little better-- for instance, the opened emails in a mail merge-- but the filter system is great. The sidebar for outlook is also excellent, updating almost immediately from the time the email was opened. I would recommend yesware.

We love using Yesware to manage onboarding campaigns and to track/collaborate on use of templates across the team. 5 stars for the template function, but everything else seems to be lacking. It's a little cumbersome to use on the day-to-day and reporting isn't intuitive across the board. Additionally, support isn't easily accessible to contact. Often has a long turn around.

Yesware is a great mass email platform 

This is one of the most important pieces of software we use! Great UI/UX. The company has been doing it for a while and they know exactly what customers are looking for. Definitely, something I recommend. The only problem I had with them is that they didn't allow us to do a month to month subscription and made no exceptions. They are also a little pricey for the features we require but worth every penny.

Great App

Email tracking free for a whole month. The fastest and most accurate tracking there is. I was going to sign up for Yesware but the pricing was just too high. There are a ton of features like location  and exact timing of the emails opened that were superior to others I've used.

I used the free version of Yesware when my Hubspot sidekick was no longer working

I loved how straightforward Yesware was to use. Our rep was responsive and helpful. Our team switched to ToutApp after, which I found to be glitchy and many of my emails didnt get sent through. 

Simple, easy-to-use

Feature offering is behind other platforms and they have an identity crisis. They were very innovative, but recently the platform seems clunky.


It isn't Outreach.io

I love using this software. I think the UI is fabulous and believe that this product will continue to change the world.
