For business e-mail services, zoho mail is very reliable and is budget friendly. It takes some time but is very organizable.
Its a hosting email services for business. Some of the mojor pros are there are no ads displaying on the side giving you more privacy. You can also add virtual sticky notes. One of the most inportant feature is that you can migrate your data easily from zoho mail to microsoft office.
It is a little complicated so you need some time to learn. Its apt for business use but is not for personal use.

I recommend Zoho mail for personal use and small to medium size businesses seeking email for their domain name.
Zoho email offers a limited version of the business email software for free. Users can host their custom domain for free. It also works fine for personal emails too. Paid plans are also affordable.
Zoho mail doesn't have any support for IPv6. The free business email edition supported by Zoho email doesn't support POP and IMAP.

How easy it is to use and accessibility. The calendar feature is awesome too. How easy it was to add the company domain. The admin feature is seamless as well
None after 2 years of use. Everything is much superior compared to other companies and is perfect for personal and business use.

Zoho Mail is the best solution for our business. It helped a lot to create own business emails for free.
We were looking for business emails for our business and Zoho mail turns out to be the thing. It offers 5 free business emails for lifetime that really helps small businesses. It has its own email client that is also perfect. I can manage all the users using their email admin panel. Also, it delivers email really fast.
Zoho Email clients does not allow multiple sign in just like Gmail, so that I can switch to my other accounts instantly.

You can see above. I ran my email through it and really enjoyed all aspects EXCEPT the occasional downtime, which ultimately caused me to have to switch away and pay for gsuite. Had that not been an issue, I would have stayed as long as possible.
The interface is superior to gmail and it allows you to bring your own domain for FREE. That's insane in other offerings
It had 99% uptime. Unfortunately that means that I experienced 3-4 days per year of downtime. My business runs on email and just three days without the email working was unacceptable. That said, for new business owners without a lot of capital. This is still a winner.

We've been using Zoho Mail for years now and can't complain. The pricing and features are great for anyone looking for affordable business email and multiple business email addresses for their staff.
Lots of advanced features for business email, very reasonably priced compared to others we have used in the past.
Navigation can be a bit confusing on the Zoho platform.

All in all i really appreciate Zoho Mail, it changed my business life, now I've got a free business email address and i can even receive my mails in my Gmail box!
I've used a couple of months ago Zoho Mail for my business, I've got free business email address as I've already bought a domain for my website! that was my best feature! Once you've bought a domain name, Zoho will grant you a free business email address. It's quite easy to use, but the process to get the business email address is quite embarrassing, but still a really great software!
I really love everything from Zoho Mail, the only con I can really give Zoho Mail is the process to get a personalized business email address is quite embarrassing, But really great Software!

Overall i have created all my business emails using Zoho Email. Zoho email provides you a mobile app where you can login and check your emails. The email transfer rate is very fast.
Zoho is a free platform to create business emails easily. If you are running any company and existing over the internet and want to create a Business email along with your domain name, you are choosing Zoho Email for creating 5 Free business emails.
Nothing still now. The DNS varification is very time taking.

My experience is really good with this platform, I never encounter any security and privacy issues.
I liked its full capacity business email platform. I use only the free version for my website, as if I'm paying for it. even the free version has lot of advanced options, including admin control of your business email.
Although they have a app, their web version is not yet mobile friendly. their web site should be little more user friendly

The overall experience working with Zoho Mail has been great!
The best feature of Zoho mail is that it is free for up to 5 email ids for the small business teams.
If you have used Gmail all your life, you may get a bit confused at places when using zoho mail, so it's not that big a con but initially it takes time to get used to the functionalities.

Zoho has been an affordable email and collaboration suite that just does the job it meant to do. It serves well a single freelancer working alone as well as a medium enterprise with multiple users and departments. If you go beyond its capabalities, then you can probably afford the next best albeit expensive options. If you can work entirely on the web it is very versatile. The support provided is also more than you will get from most other service providers, especially if you dont have a dedicated IT team.
Beyond the initial setup which required a bit of knowledge, there is rarely anything else that will stump an low tech user. Working with Email and other collaboration features is simple and straight forward. There was no issue with spam as it is able to catch and categorise correctly 98% of the time.
If you use an email client like outlook, which is the most popular for business users, you loose out on all the collaboration features which are only available on browser access.

Zohomail is one of the software that has really helped my business, it seemless email delivery and integration software has worked well for my business.
One of the things I love about zohomail is the email integration software. With this software, I was able to link my Gmail business email to my official business email.I also love how, whenever I receive an email in my Gmail business account, it automatically delivers to my official business email, and this was done with the help of zohomail integration software.Another thing I love about Zohomail is the fact that it is free and doesn't cost much. Who doesn't like free stuff? Lol
There's really nothing to dislike about this software, it works perfectly

The way I got this email, was that I purchased a domain for my business, and was surprised to learn that I received a business email with that purchase . My email looks so professional. After I got Zoho Mail, I have received so many compliments about my business email. People wanted to know how did I obtain it . After that, I put my business email on my new company business card, and it looks so professional. Since I run a small business, I want to look like a big business, and that's what Zoho Mail does for me, and I love it.
The Zoho mail system is great for a Professional Look for business I checked, and I was able to go in, and add other users to my Zoho mail. and you can create and give users their own business email for your company. There were some days when I had questions , and customer service responded pretty quickly. The email is free if you purchase a domain for just 10 dollars. The Primary user or administrator has so much control , and the security of Zoho Mail is probably the best security of any other email that I ever had with other companies. I never got an email virus, or had any problems with hackers. And Last of all, Zoho Mail is very affordable.
I would not change anything about this software. It get's 100 from me.

Using Zoho Mail it's easy to connect our domain and also to link all emails and can view it under one inbox, its cheap and affordable. It makes things look professional when the mail reaches the other end.
Expecting some google drive features aswell which are lacking from some business development perspective.

I have used Zoho for a small consulting business that I run on the side, and have recommended many small business clients use it for their custom domain email addresses, and it has worked wonderfully for being free (for under 10 users, I believe).
I like that they have a free option for a limited number of users, which allows me to setup a custom email domain for myself and/or my clients fairly easily. They're mobile app (iOS) is great, and you can also connect to other third-party email clients.
The web app design used to be quite historic looking, but a recent upgrade has improved that greatly. Compared to Gmail or Outlook, it's still lacking a bit, but it's still intuitive, and works great. The other issue is setting up your custom domain's DNS records - sometimes it's difficult to understand how to install the DKIM security thing on your domain - but it can be done with some research.

we have used zoho for the last few years and we would recommend it over google business emails for our customers.
We use it to create emails for our customers when they take a site live for their business emails so it is easy and free for us and them
It is not easy enough for the customer to do it but that may just be a limitation not a feature lacking item

Easy to use for several functions in our business and for other staff to use as well.
I love the "copy email address" option since I am logging in reservations
I haven't had time to explore all the applications. If I did, I'm sure I would use more of the system.

working with 5 separate inboxes is much easier to manage, and I can customize how nearly everything looks and works
More flexibility and options when working with multiple inboxes, much more customization than Apple Mail
a little difficult to use at first because of all of the moving parts. Earlier releases were a little buggy

It is great software that is generally easy to use and powerful. It is only held back by the lack of documentation.
The app is a great email client with plenty of useful features that make it ideal for power users. The ability to set different signatures for email aliases (oddly missing in the default iOS mail client) could be a reason to use it by itself, if you you use aliases to separate professional and private correspondence. Its ability to synchronises settings between iOS and MacOS is really useful too.
The documentation is very sparse, sometimes to the point of being non-existent. If you have difficulty figuring out how a feature works, or how to solve a problem, it can be hard to find answers online. (There are a couple of subreddits that are likely your best bet for this). This can be annoying if it ends up taking some time to find a solution to what should have been a simple problem.

It was satisfactory while I used it. It was a step up from Apple Mail, but it eventually became unusable due to a bug that was causing it to freeze. Customer support was terrible and it seemed that some basic suggestions on their online forums were being ignored, so it seems to me that the ongoing development is not very active anymore, which was another sign for me to move away. I switched to Spark.
It provides a nice interface and visually helped me to organize my emails since I manage 6 different accounts for my small business. It has helped me become more productive
Sometimes the search results would not show up correctly. Before I decided to switch away, it was freezing up on a regular basis on my Macbook. This made it unusable unfortunately. It was probably due to some update, but I actually checked back months later and the problem was still there.
