This is a clean, easy to use, and fast email client -- I suspect Zoho is often overlooked as a choice, but it has been as reliable as any other client I've used, if not more so.
I'm in the UK and the email address I was assigned ended with "eu" -- which may be somewhat misleading to some! Would have liked to have an option for something that was more descriptive of my location.

I chose this software because I'm on a budget. And for this budget the software is delivering everything one needs from a mail client. I would recommend this if G suite is one step too far in your budgets, but don't expect the same seemless experience, the interface just isn't on par.
It has everything you need from a mail client for a decent price.
It just isn't Gmail The user interface doesn't feel as simple and easy And spam still gets through once in a while

It is easy to work with, has all the tools a email client needs to have to work. I really enjoy using it.
It is well built and has everthing an email client needs to have. I use it especially to keep track of the emails i greated for my projects. It is as a great email client needs to be.
Nothing. I really enjoy it! It does not have flaws and is a stable, friendly, easy to use email client.

Best business email solution for every organization. increase ROI by approaching new clients and old clients. Easy to use and best way to interact with clients and colleagues.
This is the best emailing solution for everyone from small scale industry to full fledge organizations. Helped us in dealing with clients in more professional way. Tool also helped us by providing inbuilt note making facility where we can create some important notes for future use. We can also schedule email to specific clients. speed is good as there is no delay in sending or receiving emails. always emails were sent with a click without any error or delay.
Zoho helped us in dealing with client in a more professional way. Haven't found any issue with it.

I started using Zoho few years back when I was looking for a free email service provider with own domain for my friend and as the time passed I used it for many of my clients to provide them free email service. It is really easy and simple to setup your own domain and create email addresses. Zoho provided mobile app which was not available earlier and it works so smooth. Referral process is so nice that you can increase the number of email addresses to 25 by just referring it to your friends and if they set it up by your given referral. I can easily say that its a good competitor of Gmail.
Previously SMTP setup was available with the free version to setup email client apps which support Zoho has stopped for free users. I think there should be some limit for setup but it should be available if someone wants to use any desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird!

This is an overall great Email platform as well as offering you productivity tools included within the client. This makes it extremely beneficial as you can keep track of things such as tasks, reminders, notes, and dates for your business all in one client.
Zoho Mail essentially has all of the modern features that standard email provides as well including great productivity additions such as Notes, Tasks, and Calendar applications within Zoho Mail. I found this extremely effective as when I received mail previously I would have to hand write important information such as dates and tasks instead I can do it all within one client making it much more efficient.
One thing I disliked about the Software is the UI (User Interface) To me it wasn't as aesthetically pleasing to look at however Zoho has made up for it by its excellent functionality.

Managing different Airbnb accounts is quite complicated and we use this email client to easily access those accounts.
The ease of creation of new emails is great. We have multiple accounts for managing our Airbnb profiles and Zoho is a great option to do that.
The user interface is not the best out there. It's very cluttered and one can easily get lost inside the platform

I love that Zoho provides free custom domain email accounts. We use it every day in our company. It's also great that it allows you to configure everything you need, especially in my case which I integrate the email with other platforms.
The mail inbox feels kind of old. I personally don't like to use it and forward all my emails to other mail client.

Overall, Zoho Mail is a good online email client, and the price is either free or pay with upgrades
Zoho mail can be intergrated with the other Zoho Apps. There are many features for this mail App and they update this App frequently.
This Zoho Mail App is web based, so you will always have to be online to check messages. Sometimes it becomes a little "unstable"

Easy setup, no maintenance required. Very happy hand off to a client to use their own domain email address!
I helped a client set up an easy access to email using Zoho. It was extremely user friendly to someone who does not regularly set up emails to use a customer's domain.
I felt like there could be more useful features based on using gmail regularly, but there was not much to complain about.

I use Zoho Mail daily, and it allows me to have emails with my own domain.
It's a very good email solution for small businesses and individual users, the web client is nicely design and easy to use.
Even though the free tier has a lot of features, but there is one thing I really believe should be there and that is the ability to use other email clients and not only the web client.

It has been a good experience. There are two of us that needed mail accounts, so the fees are very low. They even set us up with SSL certs for custom mail endpoints.
Zoho Mail is very easy to use. For $1/user/month for the base plan, it's very budget conscious. I like the different options the paid plan allows for like SMTP, IMAP, etc. I use my own mail client most of the time, but the web client is very functional. It integrates nicely with my phone as well.
The free plan is a good starting point. However, if you want to use IMAP, for example, you only get that with paid plans. They used to provide these services to the free accounts as well.

Great mail options and decent functionality for zero cost. The ability to connect custom domains and use it as your daily client is great.
The user interface seems outdated and needs a design refresh. There are a few Gmail features that don't exist with Zoho mail, meaning you need to find workarounds.

This is the only email client that we use at work. We love that it carries our business name. Zoho covers all of our email needs.
It's great that there is a free domain email. Ease of use, customizable interface, keyboard shortcuts. Moreover, Zoho mail is one of the most secure mailing service apps. Plus, the draft and editing tools are good enough to do things that I want. Sending mails with Zoho gives me a professional workspace with many valuable tools. In addition, the subscription price is fair. I like working with Zoho.
There isn't anything to dislike about Zoho Mail. However, it is worth mentioning that there is a delay in receiving emails sometimes. Maybe it's incompatibility with other mails, but I could be wrong about that.

Zoho mail replaced Exchange for me. Offering the same functionality as I was accustomed to. But at less cost and a much less crowded user interface.
Zoho mail is not just an email client. It is part of a bigger suite called Workplace and offers so much more than email. And it just works!
There was a bit of a learning curve because of the other applications included in Zoho mail, or rather Zoho Workplace. But Zoho support got me up and running real quick. Would like to see the ability to add more accounts in one user environment. But that is being worked on. The mobile apps for iOs an Android have this alreadyy.

Zoho has been an affordable email and collaboration suite that just does the job it meant to do. It serves well a single freelancer working alone as well as a medium enterprise with multiple users and departments. If you go beyond its capabalities, then you can probably afford the next best albeit expensive options. If you can work entirely on the web it is very versatile. The support provided is also more than you will get from most other service providers, especially if you dont have a dedicated IT team.
Beyond the initial setup which required a bit of knowledge, there is rarely anything else that will stump an low tech user. Working with Email and other collaboration features is simple and straight forward. There was no issue with spam as it is able to catch and categorise correctly 98% of the time.
If you use an email client like outlook, which is the most popular for business users, you loose out on all the collaboration features which are only available on browser access.

I love zoho mail and used that for a while now for a variety of startups, always the free version, That’s the only reason I use that. Compared to Microsoft and Google the only perk I see is the free version.
As a startup CTO I love that Zoho it’s free to use and always been, thanks to that early stage startups can use Free Mail tools!
The new free rules where you can’t make use of an external mail client and still for free you can’t add another domain to it. Also the UX its poor compared to the competition

Finding a free email client for your domain that offers options like zoho is difficult, but for a free subscription you can start using your domain professionally. This allows you to grow your business.
The options offered for free are more than enough to boost a star up company. These are as confirmation of email has been delivered and a complete account management suite, available in any operating system between web or smartphone.
A most intuitive interface for setup advanced email parameter like DKIM entrances for email config.

I was looking for a solution that could meet my budget with some flexibility and I got it from Zoho mail. It has helped the business effectively handle support emails with templates. We have benefited from features such as "Edit as new" to cut down time spent in crafting emails.
The "Edit as new" feature is a great one. It's so easy to use and helps me complete my regular bank transfer emails with speed. No need for retyping long messages and selecting email addresses. With a few edits, the message is ready to be sent.
I believe that access the control panel from the desktop client can be improved. An attempt to it opens in a new browser that requires a login. This does not help especially when I have to remember passwords.

It's being great so far, we offer this service for smaller clients and don't have anything to complain about.
I personally like Zoho Mail because it's an awesome mail client, besides being a cheap service if you compare it to Gmail, for instance. It's has a user friendly interface and offers neat integrations with other apps.
The cheaper plan doesn't come with other apps (like Zoho Docs), so in case you need that kind of service, it will be closer to what Google charges for G Suite.

I can have an up to date mailbox with very low downtime between the mail getting received on the original mail provider and it appearing on my inbox inside eM Client. Same thing with calendar.
Importing the information from google accounts was really easy and we can have local storage of all the emails received which is a really big plus in our use case. Also the syncronization of information is really fast.
There were some bugs with the syncronization of Google Calendar that luckily were resolved after searching for the solution online but the diagnostics inside of the program could have been clearer.

I used to spend too much time logging into different e-mail providers just to check e-mail messages and communicate with colleagues and clients. Now I only need to open my eM Client software and see all e-mail accounts in one integrated dashboard. There is no more hassle and productivity has increased manyfold during my use of this software.
I like its superb functionality and flexibility. You can add accounts for the majority of e-mail providers, create contacts and tasks, subscribe to internet calendars, use Google Hangouts directly from within the software without having to logging into your Gmail account, assign labels to e-mail threads with different colors. The greatest advantage is that you can purchase a lifetime license at a bargain and receive all future updates for free.
It lacks official themes and seldom releases feature updates.

An easy to use email client for seniors.
The biggest thing I liked is it easily migrated Windows Live Mail. I am an IT consultant that was looking for a replacement for Windows Live Mail. eM Client's interface is fairly simple but powerful. Couple that with most of my clients qualify to use it for free and you have a great Windows Live Mail replacement.
Sometimes the free license seems to "get lost" and has to be entered again. Without even the free license, the software will not communicate with email servers. Another glitch seems to be that recently one of the rep of eM Client sent out emails to many of my customers claiming they were not using the software for personal use. At first, I assumed it was a scam but it was legitimate. All of the customers that use this software are retired and are not using it for commercial purposes. I do not know if this is an attempt to have them pay for it even though they are abiding by the terms of the free use.

My biggest problem is the service. You cannot speak to ANYONE there. You send emails and a day or so later they get back with an incomplete answer. Then you clarify the problem even further and a few days later you hear back and they still don't know how to address your problem. And I'm a eM Client Pro subscriber, not a free licensee. This has been problematic from day one. I will need to find another email provider and hope the experience is better. This was a total waste of my money, and more importantly, my time.
It was supposed to solve the problem of Windows Live Mail being able to be transferred over to eM Client. It looked similar to what I was used to from my Live Mail program.
Not everything transferred over. Only stuff up to mid-2016. Anything from mid-2016, 2017 and 2018 didn't transfer.

I have a very large mail database which can make it slow, however most things work very well.
Integration of the different features. GMail and Exchange integration.
Mail filtering is too simple. Need to be able to create complex rules, using different headers. Calendar should alert conflicts when accepting an invitation or scheduling a new meeting.

I was having trouble getting Outlook to search GSuite mail since it is MAPI. eM Client solved that issue.
1. Searching is very easy in this product. You can find anything quickly. 2. Multithreading conversations is off the charts. It's much better than Outlook. They have a window on the right where you can see all prior conversations. 3. The mail handling and searching features are superior to Outlook. 4. Works well with Google Apps. 5. Calendar functionality is almost as good as Outlook.
1. Contacts are weaker than Outlook. Takes a long time to load. Not overly user friendly. 2. Must store all mail history. In Outlook, Google has a sync download that limits the size of your total inbox.

Being able to use a E-mail program that is not Internet based. It's a stand alone program which I prefer.
I started using eM Client last December when I got my new computer. Sadly enough, Windows Live Email was no longer supported. After doing some research I found this e-mail program to be the best and fit my needs. It allows you to have to e-mail addresses for free. Quite easy to use and set up. Takes some getting used to, but very professional so I can use it for my business needs as well as personal.
If you don't pay to upgrade it will not always have the latest updates available. I haven't noticed much of a problem with this though. When you first set it up you must follow the instructions properly to convert all your old e-mail addresses and messages. Took me a couple times to get it right.

I'm very happy with emclient. It's the only desktop platform I found that made me change from browser mail platform to desktop platform again.
It's the best email client I could find. It's clean, simple, easy to use, full of features included. Feels clean and smooth to use. I can use many email accounts in the same platform as if they were just one.
Nothing at all. I like all aspects of the browser, I can't tell of something I don't like by now. Maybe an option to send recurrent emails would be great, and even greater: an option to automate follow up emails until a reply is received.
