Its great application you can create your company dedicated email accounts, and assign to your company team. Its very good option I like it most.

HH

I love this app so much and the best part is easy configuration and integration with other apps like slack and dropbox.

MS

Muhammad S.

Pros

Gmail is a smart-looking, simple and reliable software. It has stronger spam-detecting features than some of its competitors and is, on the whole, user friendly and intuitive.

EP

Euthymia P.

I love that I can sync across all devices and have my photos and documents attached to one account. Gmail is the best email provider because of its simplicity and ease of use.

AR

Anonymous Reviewer

It is the best way to connect with others by using gmail chats. It has the one more thing that gmail give space to save our files or doc or any thing else which is very good in this application.

Saqib S.

Cons

There are no detailed manual to the problem that I face, and only after seeking support from the customer service the problem is fixed.

Syazwani I.

The limited versions are quite limited. Also, terrible spam filtering (filters known contacts in spam occasionally and not always catching obvious spam).

AM

Alex M.

It cannot be integrated with HubSpot. It’s really disappointing to use it in mobile browser, difficult to read and type.

ADiti S.

Cons

Can easily be hacked if your phone or laptop is lost. Hard to recover if forgot password.

BG

Billy Gabriel D.

There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.

LW

Laura W.

The problems of receiving mails because it is connected to google, the lack of offline is a discomfort for my side.

The best and unique reason why I use Zoho mail; I can set up my own domain name for free!

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

I don't know if any email service providers allow its users to connect a domain name for free, but Zoho mail does. I was surprised when I see a marketing email from them saying that I have been offered to connect my own domain name for free to my email and when I tried, it worked. It was the very beginning of a part time business I setup last year and Zoho mail helped to save lot of money as I didn't need to go for a separate provider to get a custom domain. The features offered were so much interesting in Lite plan. The initial setup was so easy and I did it myself.

Cons

The interface is not conventional like Gmail or Yahoo. People who were used to Gmail might find it strange to use in the initial days.

Amazing! so much better than my experience with Gmail.

Pros

There are tons of features and it stays up-to-date on everything. I also like that the inbox has a good phone app as well.

Cons

The only one complaint I have with Zoho Mail is the fact that you can't share templates with your organization which is quite frustrating. Hope they will fix this soon!

Economical business mailing option

Reviewed 3 years ago

Overall Zoho mail can be a option to Gmail in future, but needs improvements.

Pros

Used Zoho mail for sometime in past and found it very easy to use and economical. 1. Simple user interface with less advertisement and advanced functions to use. 2. Inbuilt notes and task scheduler function . 3. Interesting themes and templates to choose from and make it look better. 4. Works well on cross platform devices. 5. Use it with your own domain name. 6. Integrates other Zoho apps like sheet, docs etc.

Last free emails for custom domains?

It's usable, but if gmail didn't cost that much annually (at least for me) i'd switch

Pros

The reason I started using Zoho Mail is that it's the only one that i found that allowed to use my custom domain.

Cons

Will be good for some people, but not others

Reviewed 3 years ago

Overall Zoho Mail is a feature-packed and highly useable email management system.

Pros

I liked the overall layout and there were many features that had me excited. If anything I preferred the user-interface to that of GMail and the email workflow was as good, if not better than GMail.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were various features that I really needed that Zoho Mail just couldn't do, which was disappointing. I can say that their customer support team were on the ball and very responsive. Unfortunately, they could not help with my particular needs, but at least they were upfront and clear that it did not have the functionality that I required.

Excellent mail client

Reviewed 2 years ago

We use Zoho Mail to manage email for clients that can't afford or don't want to spend the money on GSuite or Outlook.

Pros

Zoho Mail is a very affordable option for teams that want email at their domain. It has many features that the more popular email clients offer and you can start using it for free. Their web interface has improved a ton over the years and it's honestly fairly similar to their largest competitor.

Cons

I still prefer to use other webmail interfaces because it's what I'm used to, so I generally forward my Zoho mail to a Gmail account. That said, Zoho's interface has gotten more similar to that of Gmail, so that might not be an issue for everyone.

My Zoho Mail review

Reviewed a year ago

After Gmail,Zoho mail was the app I switched to,this was because I needed a tool that will make my mailing easier it really helped my work schedule though. So as a user stand point,it does the things it is meant to do although you won't compare it to Gmail or Hubspots automation software. The price of the app is a little lower than it's value

Pros

For one,I must give credits to their security features better compared to some softwares I have used, it is fast too. It allows you to create a Business email along with your domain name.

Cons

It is difficult to use and set up. It will take a long time for a new user to get acquinted with the software. That's one tiring stuff. I just do not understand the user interface. Well I hope some improvement will be done to the app.

I used to highly recommend Zoho mail for my website clients to setup a custom email with their domain name for a professional appearance, however recently Zoho decided to pull access for imap for free users. This was a bad decision because now free users cannot test integration with native mail apps and are forced to only use Zoho's web mail or iPhone app. Although the iPhone app isn't bad most clients...

My Favorite Email Client So Far

Reviewed 3 years ago

I was attracted to Zoho for a small private enterprise because I could bring my own domain name. I appreciated its ease in setting up and use and the ability to have 25 users with a free account. The tool suite is rich and deep, although I don't use all of that functionality. Zoho provides a great user experience at a fraction of the cost of some of the big players. When my boss was looking at a new suite last year, I actually pitched it to her because I had such a great experience with it personally. Be aware that space with free accounts is limited to 5 GB, and if you have more than four users in your organization, your total outgoing emails between all of your is limited to 200 a day. Even with these limitations, it works great for us.

Pros

I was a first-time email administrator using this software, and it was intuitive to set up, with many help articles and tutorials available. As a user, I love all the functionality available through Zoho tools that I was not getting through Gmail. I also much prefer the interface to both Hotmail and Gmail.

Cons

Despite me putting in too much work setting up and managing email routing rules, they have never worked as well as some other email clients. Things get routed to Spam that have been marked safe, and other emails don't always make it in the right folder that items from that sender should automatically route to. The big players figured this out long ago, so it feels like a big step back.

Gmail for Life

I've used Gmail since it was in beta so choosing it for our business wasn't difficult. We recently adapted the full Gsuite version for our business because the native Zoho Mail didn't work for us.

Pros

easily accessible, many options for both web, and app version. Easy to setup mail forward, and use forward with rules Easy to setup in many third party mail clients

Cons

I don't love the idea of labels vs folders. I also wish the search feature was more reliable.
