Pros

Its great application you can create your company dedicated email accounts, and assign to your company team. Its very good option I like it most.
All of my clients are really happy with Zoho as they never faced any difficulty due to Zoho's user friendly user interface. I really appreciate Zoho for providing such wonderful service.
Zoho is an amazing and super complete email platform, it has a series of useful features and tools for those who work with emails, especially companies.

Pros

I have great experience with that solution, I recommended to use this solution it's totally secure and free of cost.
Excellent overall, keeps me organized, and the ability to make folders for emails is great for organizing business records.
The ease of switching between screens and the auto save feature is a life saver. Gmail's ease of use is wonderful for all.

Cons

There are no detailed manual to the problem that I face, and only after seeking support from the customer service the problem is fixed.
The limited versions are quite limited. Also, terrible spam filtering (filters known contacts in spam occasionally and not always catching obvious spam).
It cannot be integrated with HubSpot. It’s really disappointing to use it in mobile browser, difficult to read and type.

Cons

There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.
Can easily be hacked if your phone or laptop is lost. Hard to recover if forgot password.
I dislike the way it filters emails into spam sometimes. I have to monitor spam every so often to make sure I didn't miss any important emails.

The best and unique reason why I use Zoho mail; I can set up my own domain name for free!

Reviewed 4 years ago
Pros

I don't know if any email service providers allow its users to connect a domain name for free, but Zoho mail does. I was surprised when I see a marketing email from them saying that I have been offered to connect my own domain name for free to my email and when I tried, it worked. It was the very beginning of a part time business I setup last year and Zoho mail helped to save lot of money as I didn't need to go for a separate provider to get a custom domain. The features offered were so much interesting in Lite plan. The initial setup was so easy and I did it myself.

Cons

The interface is not conventional like Gmail or Yahoo. People who were used to Gmail might find it strange to use in the initial days.

Amazing! so much better than my experience with Gmail.

Pros

There are tons of features and it stays up-to-date on everything. I also like that the inbox has a good phone app as well.

Cons

The only one complaint I have with Zoho Mail is the fact that you can't share templates with your organization which is quite frustrating. Hope they will fix this soon!

Economical business mailing option

Reviewed 4 years ago

Overall Zoho mail can be a option to Gmail in future, but needs improvements.

Pros

Used Zoho mail for sometime in past and found it very easy to use and economical. 1. Simple user interface with less advertisement and advanced functions to use. 2. Inbuilt notes and task scheduler function . 3. Interesting themes and templates to choose from and make it look better. 4. Works well on cross platform devices. 5. Use it with your own domain name. 6. Integrates other Zoho apps like sheet, docs etc.

Will be good for some people, but not others

Reviewed 4 years ago

Overall Zoho Mail is a feature-packed and highly useable email management system.

Pros

I liked the overall layout and there were many features that had me excited. If anything I preferred the user-interface to that of GMail and the email workflow was as good, if not better than GMail.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were various features that I really needed that Zoho Mail just couldn't do, which was disappointing. I can say that their customer support team were on the ball and very responsive. Unfortunately, they could not help with my particular needs, but at least they were upfront and clear that it did not have the functionality that I required.

Excellent mail client

Reviewed 3 years ago

We use Zoho Mail to manage email for clients that can't afford or don't want to spend the money on GSuite or Outlook.

Pros

Zoho Mail is a very affordable option for teams that want email at their domain. It has many features that the more popular email clients offer and you can start using it for free. Their web interface has improved a ton over the years and it's honestly fairly similar to their largest competitor.

Cons

I still prefer to use other webmail interfaces because it's what I'm used to, so I generally forward my Zoho mail to a Gmail account. That said, Zoho's interface has gotten more similar to that of Gmail, so that might not be an issue for everyone.

AMAZING!!!

Reviewed 3 years ago

Overall, my experience is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and colleague.

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of use that this software offers and the option to customize my wallpaper to any picture of my choosing. I have been using it for over ten years now and I honestly have no major complaints about it. I would recommend Gmail to anyone looking for a new email provider.

Cons

I don't like how I tend to get mail that is clearly spam mail into my main mailbox. I have to constantly delete mail because it is not main mail.

Having a second e-mail account is great and can be used as a recovery e-mail for my primary e-mail

Pros

Gmail is my secondary e-mail account. When I use outlook it uses gmail as my default to send e-mails in a simple and easy method.

Cons

What I don't like about g-mail is the fact that I can not choose my primary e-mail account to send e-mails. I can add it to my g-mail account but would prefer to keep it separate.

Gmail review from the user

The overall experiences while using the is great and it is one of the good platform in to send and receive the data and information

Pros

The most useful option in the mail is auto notification and auto correction mail response but while the mail is loading the response time is delay but the mail sending and receiving mail is great.

Cons

The unlike things on the mail is the slow response while the we reload the mail and the junk box is not like to reduce the date but it helps the long term run.

I think Gmail is ok, but I don't love it. I use it for two of my email accounts mostly because they were set up by someone else and it's easier to keep using G Suite than switch to something else. But I strongly prefer Zoho Mail to Gmail.

Pros

I like that I can use Gmail to manage email address at my own domain. If a hosting provider does not provide email, I can still have an email address that looks professional and use Gmail to manage it.

Cons

One thing I find frustrating about Gmail is the way it handles long email threads with lots of replies. I have a hard time finding the messages and clearly seeing what email is replying to what. If you have an email that gets forwarded or if other people get added to the chain after the original email was created, it's even worse.

Love it!!! It's very easy to use. Very user friendly.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It separates the junk/spam mail from other mail. Then you have your advertising mail.

Cons

I like everything about it. It's email what's not to like. It's a good program to use on a daily basis.
