I have already done 3 massive campaigns which I couldnt have done withouth gmass. I could change easily the draft and send me a free trial
Very intuitive. Easy to use. Google never ceases to amaze

It was good, easy to use and satisfactory.
Ease of installation, 1-click mail send to your list. Mail personalization and tracking.
Sometimes some mails failed to send and were sent later. My sheet containing the mail list didn't load. Had to copy and paste the list in the old sheet to send mails.

Easy and quick mail merges.
I love Gmass, especially for quick mail merges that only go to a few people. It's as easy as putting email addresses into the "to:" field and hitting the Gmass button.
No cons, other than I wish I could get a lifetime subscription. Seriously, it's very easy to use and saves me a lot of time each time I have to send the same message to multiple people.

I can track opens and clicks of the mails I send. It tracks everytime the user opens the mail. This is valuable because if I notice someone opening the mail repeatedly I can reckon that they're highly interested in the contents of the mail. This is valuable for proposal mails.
No affiliate links in the footer of the mail telling everyone that I'm spying whether they're opening the mail or not!
I'm a one-person freelancer using the features very minimally. It gets the job done for me pretty well.

Overall great experience and would highly recommend the tool for people that are trying to send the same information to a lot of people. It works great and has a lot of benefits and great for the money.
Gmass is great at helping us get a lot of information out quickly. I love that you can sync the system with your Gmail tool and it has so many great updates and reports so you can know exactly where your emails are being opened and when.
I with Zoho didn't block a lot of the emails that gmass tries to send. It isn't a problem with gmass but when I try to send 50 or so more emails in a day Zoho thinks I am spamming people.

The customer support at GMass is very responsive, so if you happen to need it, they're helpful and not a "canned" bot of responses.
Mail merge and I like the ability to save the mail merge as draft messages so I can send them out as I check them.
Initially, I wasn't sure what to do first, but after poking around a bit, I was able to figure it out.

Do a list, write an e-mail and go. Easy.
Easy to use. You need only create a list, put many columns as you like and send.
Limited functionalities because the interface is embedded on Gmail.

Compared to doing a mail merge through Outlook and Word, GMass is a life-saver.

Best app for mail merge purposes I could find on chrome store.
Easy to use and functional. Best part is it is compatible with gmail interface so there's no learning curve.
Can only send a max of 50 emails in 24 hour period with free version.

tracking mass mail on one thread was such a pain and it solved this problem. I can track emails individually. it shows if they open the mail or not as well.
It was a bit confusing for the first-timer at the beginning.

I manage a decent size team and I did not like to blast an email to everyone. Since using GMass my emails appear more personal and I'm getting a better response from my team. It easy to compose and send emails with GMass.

I'm going to have to give this site a perfect 10. The reason why it's cheep. And if you looking for a bulk mailer for Google mail I would use this site.

I needed to do a mail merge for work and this did the job.
I loved that they walk you through every aspect of it and it is very trust worthy.
They advertised that I could send 50 test emails but made me pay regardless to do so. It felt slimy of them.

Some issues with Microsoft Users Testings (went to junk several times).
