I love the integration of different apps within the mail client and it allowed me to ditch Outlook/Mail for Windows without regrets.
Support for 3+ accounts with an inexpensive one-time purchase of the pro version, lot's of integrated apps ranging from Google apps to Whatsapp and Dropbox. Responsive and helpful technical support.
Adding organizational Exchange accounts seems to be hit or miss, worked seamlessly for some, didn't work at all for others (yet). Windows 10 notifications for mails don't seem to always take me to the desired email, I have to first open the client instead.

Great for mail, kind of crappy calendar experience.
It is great for email offering smart unified inbox and easy to navigate. It is also a quick and responsive app.
Won't open .ics files so need to use another program for a calendar. Also does not have a native calendar so needs to plug in to Google Calendar but it's per account and not unified.

Trying to get Inbox-Zero across several mail accounts
Unified Inbox across several accounts with the ability to move / archive messages across accounts. Builtin e-mail tracking and delayed send (requires that the computer is on with mailbird running in backgroud) Integration with several programs ( Dropbox / Google Drive attachments ... etc )
only Windows version. I use Newton Mail in parallel, which as Windows / MacOS / Android / iOS versions, but it lacks the option to move messages across accounts.

Having multiple email accounts for my business, I needed a mail program better than the stock mail program that came with my PC. I didn’t need to complexity of outlook and was looking for something a bit better than Mail. Mailbird is it! What a great software and value is high for the low price
Easy of use and quick to organize all my email accounts. The screens are clear and it’s easy to sort through your emails quickly.
Wish it had more customization options for colors and layout. Sometimes I notice a lag getting my emails.

Better mail organization, without being subject to Google's ads and interfaces
I love Mailbird! It revolutionized the way I do email, bringing better organization than what I had in Gmail. I also liked having a mini-browser on the right side of my widescreen for things like todo lists in web apps.
Mailbird is only on PC for now, which means its organizational benefits only partially translate to mobile and to my mac at home. Unfortunately, this proved a dealbreaker for me after many months of trying.

Mailbird offers simple and easy to navigate application with lot of customization options. Also mailbird offers various integration options with popular social media accounts like facebook, slack, whatsapp. It even includes features which made Google's Inbox famous like snoozing mail.
One of the missing feature is choosing different account to reply to a mail that come on different mail. Also the support was not the best when i encountered issues.

I use it myself and recommend it to colleagues and customers.
I like the ease of use, the fact I can view my Google Calendar on the same screen and the signature feature is great to create that professional image
I miss the ability to create filter to automatically sort my mail.

One of the best 3rd party mail protocols I've used. I used Windows mail client but was limited and found this one with more bells and whistles. Able to add different email accounts with ease.
Adding specific background or just black or white. Adding multiple email accounts from different sources.
No ability to backup with ease. Have to manually save files from the directory.

This is the third time in the last few years that I’ve bought and used mailbird. I immediately remembered upon buying it why I deleted it very soon after… upon writing their customer support really hit home these issues: Here’s a paraphrased conversation from their support: Me: Hi, I have an exchange account that is my school account as I am a student that needs to work with the other inboxes. It’s...
The UI and the ease of use, versus outlook, mail, etc.
They have absolutely terrible support that fails to seemingly even read your request, let alone addrsss your concerns and help you work through them. One thing I can say is that their support the last time I ordered this product was MUCH BETTER. They changed their app so the workaround for adding an exchange account seems virtually impossible unless you want to upgrade to business. And then they repeatedly...

I have had a great expereinces witthe product and sservice. that tI have received
I love how you can have all of your disparet e-mail accounts and sservicess under one roof. You can have your Outlook Mail, Gmail, Yahoo, and AOl/AIM, along with your calender, Facebook, and other online sservices.
Well for multiple e-mail accounts and extensive ssupport, there isa cost. Secondly, you cannot makee your, own custome color schemes or themes.

I have never used another e-mail client, since I met Mailbird. I hope thats enough.
I have been reaching my e-mail account by Web browser for along time. I discover Mailbird and everything changed. Most functional e-mail client I have use ever. User interface is so simplificative. It has not so many buttons on UI like others. Interface not exhausting for eyes. Especially Ideal for intensive works. You can focus directly e-mail contents. Dark Theme and many extensions makes it more cool.
Twitter extension does not work and internal İnternet browser should be more functional.

Clear display of mail conversations, clean mailbox display. It didn‘t take me long to get addicted.
Functional, clean interface, many possibilities to „make it your own“, all settings an easy-to-use mailclient should offer
Takes a bit to get used to, but when you have, you‘ll have a good time with it!

I find a mail client very versatile, easy to use, easy to understand, has what it takes to be in constant communication within the same work environment, without distractions. Highly recommended
It is simple, easy to use, very intuitive to configure
At first it was the mail synchronization, but the latest updates have corrected these observations

As noted above, I was looking for a solution for an offline email client. I wanted to try out clients before settling on a particular client. Mailbird free version gave me the opportunity to test the software for my needs before making an investment. Mailbird was easy to set up. i did have issues with syncing at times, but the help notes gave me a suggested solution and have not had a problem since.
I needed to find an offline mail client to access my AOL mail and be able to respond offline to send later. I wanted to have access to my contacts and be able to send group emails, changing groups as needed easily and quickly.
Sometimes syncing is an issue, but that may be due to the different internet connections while traveling.

A couple of years ago I looked for an e-mail desktop client that had a multiple account option, was easy to use, had a simple user interface and speed. When I came across Mailbird my search was over. No need to look any further.
* Fast, simple and effective user interface. * Easy setup of multiple e-mail accounts with a common view option where each account's posts are colour coded. * Third party integration.
I have no cons with type of use. I only use e-mail plus Google calender and contacts.
