Very EASY to use!

Reviewed 4 years ago

Perfect execution and easy to use. The platform allowed for the easy creation of webinar details.

Pros

The best part of this software is the ease of the entire set-up! I've used webinar software programs before but this software offers the same features of the 'BIG NAME" webinar services but with a more reasonable price. I was looking for a program that would fit into my business' budget since I'm only using webinars on a monthly basis. The previous programs I used didn't offer any budget-friendly options for the frequency of my business. The webinar platform is smooth and I can manage without a co-host/admin/assistant. Like the big-name players in webinar platforms, Zoho has participant reminders, direct links, and webinar recordings. My recommendation is to take advantage of the free trial and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Cons

I don't think Zoho is missing any features for my business use. If I was a heavy user, I may have a different opinion. I will continue to explore and use the platform's many features.

Great experience for a great value!

Reviewed 4 years ago

The quality of the live transmission is great. It also uses less computer resources than other similar products I have used before.

Pros

The app is so easy to setup and use! It has a friendly interface, with no hidden issues. I love the technical support.

Cons

Probably the limit in host has been may main concern, since I provide services for different companies and manage different working environements, emails, etc.

An Excellent Video Conferencing Software with Great Potential

Reviewed 8 months ago

Overall, Zoho meeting is a great application that has made a good start to rival key competitors like Zoom. I am hoping the customer success team and the dev team work together to iron out the common issues being raised by us the users.

Pros

First, it is cheaper compared to the one I was using. Second, it's very easy to use. Third, the support team is awesome.

Cons

There are two primary things that I personally did not like: first, clients kept complaining about the bad audio quality. They kept complaining about the very bad audio quality. Some even dropped out of the session because they were not hearing anything at all. I listened to the recording myself it was also terrible but I have no idea why. The second issue relates to the fact that Zoho meeting does not have built in annotation tools, just like Zoom does. This is a major inconvenience cos it undermines how I can interact with my audience

Useful product for online instant meetings.

Reviewed a year ago

The program enables communication between our personal and professional lives. Easy access, simple sharing The continuous, extended calls without any interruptions The way it disconnects in the middle is a minor drawback, but other than that, it's fantastic.

Pros

Utilizing it is pretty simple. The cost is quite affordable. fantastic for the other person I'm talking to. Excellent and simple dashboard. I adore the fact that I can schedule a meeting or a webinar, and that the meeting includes a chat feature. In addition, I have more control over who speaks and appears on camera than the participants do. It includes Zoho One and is compatible with all Zoho calendars, booking systems, CRMs, etc. It maintains track of all of your meetings.

Cons

Sometimes it disconnects without even giving any warning. The UI needs more themes and setup options. Recurring meetings do not start in due time.

Zoho Meetings: A pride of India

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

I have been using Zoho meetings for a little over a year now and have found it to be the best video conferencing app on the market. I started with Zoho meetings because I didn't want to deal with all of the setup and technical difficulties that come with Zoom or Skype. It was simple, easy, and intuitive from the start. Plus, it's cheap as well and it does not burn a hole in your pocket.

Cons

-It's a bit buggy sometimes -there were a few instances wherein the app just crashed

Top-notch online meeting platform for all our video conferencing and webinars needs. Cost effective.

Reviewed a year ago

My user experience has been absolutely stunning and great help. It's a great tool that allows us to conduct meetings and webinars for free up to 60 min with 100 participants. This tool saves lots of time and money. It has also boosted our remote collaboration with phenomenal user experience.

Pros

What I really appreciate and like about Zoho Meeting it's very simple to use and easy to scale according to users needs, 24/7 support service, and very user-friendly and cost effective. I also like it's a very secure online meeting platform and webinar solution that has been very beneficial in finding new ways of collaborating with my colleagues who work remotely with efficiency. It has greatly enhanced our remote collaboration experience with our teams.

Cons

So far so good, I am still exploring the good side of Zoho and I have not encountered any negative experience. It's simple to use even for the first time users.

Organizer has more control over the attendees(i.e Organizer can mute the attendee, disconnect the attendee) It has a record meeting option, which helps to record the meeting that can be played to missed attendees. we can have screen share options which enable the user to share the screen and explain things in a better way. we can host the meeting in one touch click (Also we have meeting app to host easily)

Cons

Meeting app for Android hangs some time. Toll free number for VOIP are restricted to few countries.

Great bargain!

Reviewed 4 years ago

Very good. Will be continuing!

Pros

I was pricing solutions for my small wellness coaching business and most software available was priced way out of my league. Frankly, it's unclear how they are better or what additional features they have compared to Zoho! I decided to do both meetings and webinars (two separate packages) and it was still less than all competitors and the software works, is easy to use on my end, and on my attendees end!

Cons

Being able to see the dashboard while sharing my screen (slideshow) to see if silenced attendees have questions.

IT is buggy and always lags

Reviewed a year ago

It is OK, it is better at recording but the sound and video quality is not great. But the value for money, especially when bundled with other Zoho apps, we put up with. If I had to ask for any one thing to be improved it is the quality of the calls, especially the lagging sound.

Pros

It comes with Zoho One and integrates with all the Zoho calendars, Bookings and the CRM etc. It records and keeps all your meetings

Cons

There is no way to set up a meeting link that is indefinite and not scheduled for any particular time. With Zoom you can tick a box to say it is recurring and it just stays there. The Start Link is different to the Join link. Without the Meetings app open you can't easily start the meeting, and there is no way to pick up the Start link to pop in your calendar from the App, you have to open the app...

Pros

API to check some aspects of the meeting is great for platform integrators such as ourselves, pricing seemed right.

Cons

Extraordinary Product

Reviewed 4 years ago

We use Zoho Meeting for demonstrations, coaching sessions and engaging corporate teams. In working with Zoho Meeting we have conducted leadership training to up to 100 corporate clients globally with ease at the same time. Zoho Meeting has also helped us in nurturing our prospects and moving them along the pipeline. We use different presenters with differing backgrounds and style in our meetings. Being able to send reminders to keep the time of a webinar fresh is an asset.

Pros

Zoho Meeting has helped us enormously as an online training company. Zoho Meeting allows us to use a robust product that is simple to use. It is scalable and enormously cost-effective. We host over 3,000 online training webinars yearly. Zoho Meeting has helped us in conducting live and on-demand products. The simplicity of Zoho Meeting gives us a strong and stable platform that allowed our staff to get started almost immediately. Generally, meeting products can be slow. Whether we are providing corporate meetings of 100 employees or more Zoho Meeting performs easier.

Cons

It was vital for us to have a meeting tool that integrates seamlessly with our CRM. We have many leads we want to have a meeting with at some point. We needed to have an efficient way to do that. Zoho built in the activities section for our leads and clients when we add an event. This has led to an increase of meeting attendees and grown the awareness of our company.

Zoho meeting

Reviewed a month ago

The updates have made this better and if you haven't tried it lately then give it a second look. I like the affordable price and good video/audio.

Pros

Zoho meeting is affordable and Integrates with Zoho suite, calendar, and social media. It can blur or replace backgrounds with a virtual background. I like that more than a client seeing me sitting in my car or at home with who knows what in the background. I always worry about that. There's an app and web client. It's also got in app private chat and keyboard share. Upgraded version has cloud recording and a new feature called lock meeting that prevents people from barging in late.

Cons

I can't record video from the meeting. I try to use screen record on my device but it doesn't always work out. Transcription not reliable.

Easy Web-based application

Reviewed 3 years ago

I recently started a training and consulting company just before COVID struck. I am able to still offer virtual training events at a low cost which allows me to offer my services for less than many of my competitors.

Pros

The three top pros of this software are price, security, and that it is web-based. It seems like every organization I deal with has a different meeting platform that requires everyone to download software. Zoho Meeting worked with every browser I tried. I do not have to worry if my clients need admin privileges to attend my meeting or webinar. The security allows the host to lock meetings and remove unwanted guests. The price is very reasonable compared to other platforms making it easy to get started.

Cons

Having a waiting room would be nice so you can tell if someone you wanted to attend your meeting or seminar was running late. I could not find a way to do a speaker view in the meeting session but that is not that big of a deal to me.

Vendor response

Hello, Thank you for your valuable feedback! We are currently working on the speaker/spotlight view during the meeting which should solve your requirement. This will be rolled out soon. We have taken the meeting room requirement as a feature request and will be taken in our future updates.
