Initially this software seemed like a seamless integration to our MDM needs on our Samsung devices. Price seemed good, feature-set seemed perfect.
Missing some features (e.g. Battery level display on web interface) although they are planned.
It's easy to manage and the customer support is great. We have it set up on 18 tablets now and works great.
No notification of new features, they just appear.
Support has been very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
Nothing works correctly, except the enrollment that equals added cost. From there it is a disaster.
This product is easy to use. Their customer service team is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Limited ios restrictions. I cant seem to find no password lock on Ios devices however I am still new to the program and learning its features.
App catalog is amazing! so sleek and looks really appealing.
Ease of use, intuitive menus, very fast and good support(both e-mail, ticket and telephone) and the possibility of adding new features as requested.

The ease of use is great and it is cheap so it's a perfect software for us. It is eady to deploy and we love the way we can manage applications on the play store.
Confusing interface and odd visual design (that cartoon character is really weird!).
The support and staff we've been in Contact with have all been fantastic and it all feels very personal and professional. We highly recommend Miradore and their MDM-solution.
Some missing features and a very restrictive web API.
This was very easy to set up and deploy, very user friendly software. Customer service was fantastic.

It's reliable and pretty easy to use. We get all our devices (150 laptops and 150 phones) under the same software and register and there's also connector to 3rd party leasing-software which is great.

The greatest benefit that came from this software, for me, is the ability to conduct business, specifically, complete a payment transaction, no matter where you are located.
If I am to complain about something I would complain about the percentage I am giving back to square but that it the cost of doing business.
Square is an awesome piece of software to use. The retail side has great capabilities for sales, inventory, gift cards, rewards, and much much more.
The only thing that has ever been slightly frustrating is the traditional card reader being sensitive when swiping cards. Sometimes I'll have to try 3-4 times to get it to register.
Square is very simple to learn and use as an end user, and it has gain a lot of popularity recently, customers feel more and more comfortable with this system.
I dislike that it fails sometimes and it is not accessible at many different vendors and restaurants.
Easy and inexpensive way to take credit card payments for my small business. This provider is awesome, and helps my small business to easily accept cards.
There were also times where it appeared that the sale went through and then later after checking my sales reports I could see that several transactions were missing and I was never paid.
I love being able to create different locations and taylor the products, pricing and taxes to each location individually. Integration with Craftybase is excellent.
Good pricing and customer support available. Great hardware options - Android and IOS Capability.
My overall experience with Square Point of Sales has been extremely positive. Not only was is easy to use reliable as a business owner, but it was intuitive and simple for customers to use as well.
I like that all you need is a reader and a phone or tablet that is internet connected. The option of using Bluetooth for select readers was very nice.
I enjoyed the ease of use that Square provided in the initial setup and ease of use.
Overall, as both a person who as used Square as a customer and vendor, I find it very easy to use, set up, and maintain. It is also very inexpensive, which is great for small businesses.

I liked how their customer service was available whenever I sought their help. Kind explanations were very helpful in addition to their instant replies.
Gets a bit confusing and the fact that we need to pay for images is frustration.
I was very pleased to find a no-coding option to make a simple app. The best part has been whenever I needed support, the virtual chat was immediate and effective.
I am skeptical about whether I will use Appy Pie again, mainly because I am ethically opposed to making students pay for a tool that they will only use one time and likely never use again.
The customer service went above and beyond to help me when I was super confused about doing all this alone. I wanna thank them for their service because they are totally helpful and amazing.
This is highly unnerving. As it can have so much of data at risk.
The E-commerce feature is the best, I love that the push notifications helps to drive sales.

What I like most about InVision is how easy it is to share and collaborate with important people within the organization.
Importing artboards from sketch could sometimes be pain in the ass, it just wont sync with sketch.
The InVision app is an awesome mockup tool for designers to create mockups as you want. Easy to share and comment the designs with your coworkers.
You can't even import SVGS easily without jumping through hoops. I don't want to see a pixelated shrunk down version of my damn shit.
Its super fast and allows you to create prototype form your design in minutes. The comment functionality is amazing to give rapid feedbacks.
You have to really replace the whole screen which has poor effect while doing demos. No way to add comments for other team members to see.
I like the ease of use and being able to share visuals with clients very easily. I also like the fact you can setup different projects for different clients and give access permissions accordingly.
I think on the web edit options are missing and it limits your ability to have minor changes on the design and you need to go to source file instead since toolset is limited on web version.
Overall, I think it's worth the money spent to improve the quality and communication between the managers, designers and developers of the product. Also for collecting accurate user feedback.

You can't even import SVGS easily without jumping through hoops. I don't want to see a pixelated shrunk down version of my damn shit.
Its super fast and allows you to create prototype form your design in minutes. The comment functionality is amazing to give rapid feedbacks.
You have to really replace the whole screen which has poor effect while doing demos. No way to add comments for other team members to see.
I like the ease of use and being able to share visuals with clients very easily. I also like the fact you can setup different projects for different clients and give access permissions accordingly.
I think on the web edit options are missing and it limits your ability to have minor changes on the design and you need to go to source file instead since toolset is limited on web version.
Overall, I think it's worth the money spent to improve the quality and communication between the managers, designers and developers of the product. Also for collecting accurate user feedback.
This tool makes it easy to share visual projects with clients. It is a great way to showcase a website design like it is the real thing.
They've continued to develop new tools and features always trying to improve and they have an awesome customer support and community.

I was amazed be the learning curve and how I managed to do things I needed to achieve quickly. Starting with prototypes I quickly realized that the other tools provided by inVision were very useful.

You can create quick mock ups, share easily/quickly mockups with your team. Pricing is great compared to some of their competitors, free for small teams.

I loved the fact that i had so many features available in one environment and each one of them worked perfectly fine. The key word is Customizability.
But the worst part is the support is extremely poor and unhelpful.
They do excellent software, excellent customer support and excellent patching-keeping the product up to date. You will never be disappointed to go with them.
There are some minor UI inconsistencies between tabs that were weird to figure out (only at first) and the current knowledgebase is somewhat minimal.
The ease of use and the go to for help on topics are very helpful. This allows to set it up faster, and they have good training and support.
The process to configure and distribute apps is lengthy, time consuming and confusing at the beginning.
Excellent product, every day it offers better functionalities, the applicable security and control levels are very good.
Cloud service is fairly new, missing some features and a little buggy.
This is a powerful toll that will me manage my mobile devices. Technical support for this product is outstanding.

This platform is super easy to use and gives businesses the opportunity to grow and impress their customers with minimal investment. It's always fantastic working with this team.
Didn't return calls after that for months- Then charged my card an unauthorized $350 which I had to dispute. Then new management reached out to see why we were no longer customers.
As a reseller it helps us fill a need for our customers at a reasonable price. On top of their price they also provide great support and community to help.
It's hard to create an app builder that does it all and keeps up with technology advancements. Unfortunately, I think there is app fatigue out there.
The training documentation available on the Platform is very useful is motivated enough to master this very fascinating App Builder Platform.

It seems lack of unit tests to their products. For example, some correct Excel equations could be messed up for some reasons which may scare users.

It makes me very hesitant to upgrade to the latest version for fear that something which used to work now doesn't (unit testing UI components is very hard).

Programming for reports is hard to understand.
Generally, we are very pleased with the product and have received good customer support.
Not been able to set up short cut menus to repopulate areas that are consistently being used.
The options to filter and sort are amazing too. If you are looking in to Fulcrum, I would recommend using it.
It provides more useful features to develop our own apps, helps us to configure and maintain our requirements most likely suitable for the field data collection.
Fulcrum is easy to set up, customize and use and has made my job easier, better organized and fun.
Fulcrum is great, and it has saved us time and money. I wouldn't enjoy my job near as much without it.
Fulcrum has enabled my students to successfully document spatial data regarding multiple environmental topics across the world in a reliable and efficient manner.
I like that in the computer version I can easily download data that I can not do in ESRI Collectorxplored to create reports and track progress in my other trackers I use.
It offers the best combination of professional capability and affordability of all the subscription services I’ve used.
The ability to tailor make any form to suite any claims inspection and risk survey reporting requirements is very useful for me. Mobile and user friendly app.
Fulcrum is perfectly situation for teaching, learning, and research. It is intuitive for students (and faculty) to setup and use.
Ability to Integrate into our own systems through an API is a necessity in my business and this tool facilitates this need.

I love it's customizability, the app exchange, and the Salesforce Community. The app exchange is great for free (or sometimes paid) solutions to add to your Salesforce instance and its capabilities.
Just after logging in, the wait time is considerably higher than Classic's and is very annoying to sit around while it loads with the latest update's mascot watching your frustration.
It is very user friendly, offers great customization, and is great when it comes to keeping all tasks organized and on track.
The only negative aspect of the platform is the cost. It can be restrictive for smaller projects and when I need to add more users/managers.
The clear sections and adaptability of the platform is really amazing. Its hopeful that its shortcomings will be taken care of in the near-future releases.
There are something things that I dislike about creating quotes.
The sheer number of native integrations is a huge advantage over any other solution. The reporting you get with Salesforce is remarkable.

Our team especially liked the openness of the software programming interface, the associated help files, and the superb customer support whenever we had a question.
Very very poor design and way too much information.
Here I was able to realize all things I need in a nice interface in a very short time. The support is perfect and fast, so I will integrate it in all my software and recommend it my customers.
We use forms on fire as work intructions/reports of the technicians on site.
The idea is great and most of all the fact that you can see your work on an app on your phone is super usefull.
We are using Forms on Fire on all our field tablets to gather resident and sampling information.
We decided that simply digitizing the forms was the best use of our time and money and it has had a great ROI.
But if you have to make a change 6 months later. Go back to school because you would have forgotten all the coding.
The application and backend are easy to use and normally very stable. FoF is great to work with to get issues ironed out or answer questions quickly if there is an issue or a question.
Regular enhancements and new features keep expanding its usability. Great product with some of the best customer support you will find.
I like that you have many features that can be incorporated in the style that you like.

Overall we're very happy. Deployments are easy and not having to support controllers has been helpful, although controller based systems do have their advantages.
The hard issue that the user interface requires knowledge of how to navigate and setup the systems. This can be difficult if you have no prior training or experience.
A GOOD PRODUCT WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT AND I ADD GREAT TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
I cannot think of any features that are missing or need to be added.
The tools for diagnosing and checking network issues are amazing. As well as the granularity of the information displayed to the ability to 'micro manage' the network.
Policy pushing over the air is hit or miss, and it can take multiple attempts to get a client device to receive the revised policies.
This is a beautiful MDM solution that supports all platforms which is great.
Features introduced by Apple or Microsoft at the OS level can take months if not years to finally be implemented. This can cause quite a lag as your user base upgrades.
The platform is well designed, simple to use, and responsive. The app management solutions provided through SM are excellent, as well as the user/device options for license assignment and updating.
It gives us what we wanted from a MDM with a good price, functionality and features. Having it share the same management screens as our APs, routers and switches is a huge bonus in managing devices.
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to configure the standard settings in the device. If you need help with something that is beyond your personal knowledge level, the support team is great.
With Cisco Meraki we are able to manage switches and access points in the cloud and from anywhere. The platform has a clean, friendly and easy to use graphic interface.
The thing I like most about Cisco Meraki is that it had a good "plug & play" usability.
Easy to use and comprehensive tools for managing mobile devices and other assets.
We do not use this software for MDM, but it is a quite robust management solution for managing networking equipment, whether you need to manage multiple clients or just one.

It's not as full featured as something like JAMF, but for the variety of systems that it covers and its integration with Meraki I'd say its worth it.

The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
While that is in the disclosure (I found it when I went back looking for it after the fact) I was very disappointed that I'd just wasted several months of money.
I suggest creating a campaign around texting and offer discounts and coupons with codes you can track to see when is the best time for delivery, etc. and that is so super easy with EZ.
Even on the PAID plan, there are still some things that are not unlocked without paying even more. Some of the documentation about the BASIC PAID plan was misleading.
The interface is easy to use and the features are good. Their mobile iOS app is great to use alongside the web interface.
My only complaint is that when I got to start a new message (1 on 1), and I start typing the contacts name it will pull up everyone but that contact whether I capitalize their name or not.
I occasionally have a schedule change and its important for me to get the word out fast and this platform is easy and affordable.
Sometimes there are delays with the sending so once it does out, the message is no longer relevant.
We have had a great experience using EX texting. Our childcare and sports families like the easy form of communication.
If you need a rock solid messaging system with the cool and slick graphical arts integration this is your software package.

The great configurational freedom to the user makes it suitable for any and all kinds of applications. The step by step view provided is very helpful UI to track the whole process.
Writing the code in YAML is required which you have to learn and get familiarity to start working with this tool. Documentation is documented very badly.
Best part of circleCI is the ease of continuous delivery feature it offers, it's very easy to integrate it with GitHub too.
We are still fighting to get docker-compose to support cache but we know how hard is to enable caching on docker layers.
It provides many useful features, and I can use most of them with a free plan. Customer service is also excellent.
If you need to build on MacOS, you'll need to pay a high price and get limited build time.

The possibility to get feedback for the people and to launch surveys was great and very easy to integrate. The possibility to plan and publish contributions live and in advance is great.
From the feedback we had from the participants, we just miss a feature to enable chat or conversations between participants.

Alpha is continually moving forward with new and exciting capabilities. Support is great and the online Forum community is vibrant, active and willing to help when needed.
The annual cost that Alpha Software charges increases a lot every time that I renew the licence.
The ability to develop very robust web based an mobile applications with little coding. The applications I have developed are very stable in use.
No drag and drop form designer (but has genies and other tools that make this much less of a problem once you understand it).
The software is always being enriched with new capabilities and functionality. There is a terrific support team that responds quickly to any request.
The most difficult element of building mobile applications using Alpha Anywhere and Phone Gap has been getting through Apple Developer requirements for publishing.

You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
I quickly learned the essentials to get what I needed. Besides all the ease of use, the tech support team is wonderful.
The only downside is that once a form is dispatched to a device, it cannot be subsequently edited, in any way other than transferring to a different device.
Plus the field collection process is really fast, including the great geostamp and timestamp features under the radar. The barcode reader is extremely accurate and super fast.

The flexiblity DeviceMagic provides in designing forms as well as "exporting" submissions to various other platforms is of great help to our Company.
If you do a good job and know how to ask the right questions in a structured way, the end result is really nice and really intuitive to use.
The interface on the field collection time is great too, and keeps getting better.
Super easy to get up and running. Easy to make modifications on the fly.
Good direct customer support, small team, direct involvement. Good FAQ and support pages.
The platform is very easy to use, flexible, and has great integration options for storing data.
Increase in mobile data usage was significant and unexpected. Irrespective the increased cost, the app still represents a good value.
Great product but more and more overpriced as other options have become available for less.
I like the idea of integrating forms with mobile devices. However, what really clinched it for me was the solution’s integration with other applications in the cloud.

I use it as my business line and it has everything I need. Great features, contact management, superior call quality and convenient features like auto-reply.
The telemarketing calls that a business owner gets on a daily basis are insane. When using Sideline, as far as I've been able to tell, there is no way to block aggravating numbers.
Ve been a sideline user for a while now, and I have to say I’m never looking back. It has amazing call quality and tons of features to keep my business and personal line separate.
It can be highly misused/abused by others who continuously create new phone numbers to harass others that have blocked them.
I love that Sideline works just like my regular cell phone number. It's easy to use and you can text too, which is a plus.

I get a separate phone number that rings to my cell phone and the graphics on the home screen tell me its a business call. Its been awesome so far.

The ease of use with the dev tools is amazing. As long as you understand basic logic flow of programming, you can build an app without any familiarity with native mobile technology.
As with any drag and drop (it isn't purely drag and drop) service I am limited to the modules/plugins that are integrated currently.
Great product with great potential and superior customer service.
Some build errors are not explained therefore have to spend a lot of time figuring what caused them.
Without coding anything you can visually create powerful native mobile apps. Great for fast prototyping application screens.
Limited barrier to entry - cost. I did not have to hire a programmer (or two programmers) to design and code the application in the various development environments (xcode + Android Studio).
It's one of the most innovative development tools rolled out since Microsoft's Visual Studio. The support is always solid and the assistance with build prep is tremendous.
Hard to connect custom APIs. Multiple nested views to handle event driven behavior.
I am a python guy not swift or java. Dropsource helps me deliver a full package to my clients and myself without having to onboard another developer.

As a web-based tool, it relies on data import from local files. That import feature is buggy and unstable, resulting in messed up imports from time to time.
Overall, proto.io has been a fantastic tool for designing prototypes. It is simple and efficient to use and provides everything you would need to design great prototypes.
Integrating video interactions was difficult at times, and once I started to add a large amount of interactions the prototype started lagging.
Proto.io's greatest feature is it's interactive and easy-to-learn interface. It is a great tool to design and especially dynamically change prototypes online without the need of hardware.
The trial is limited to 15days. Also after the project is complete, linking the screens is still a bit of messy and doesn't work as expected in the phone app.
The features to develop a high fidelity web product prototyped with integrated user testing tools as well as a supportive phone app. Clean UI and HTML exporting is really a great feature.
Rapid Development; implement the "Fail fast, fail often" mantra.
Ready made template , useful icon and wonderful design environment made my project really promising.

We've had good customer support and their custom pricing, although more expensive than other solutions, is worth it. The ease of use and integration in-app and with push notifications is excellent.

Easy to plug into your app, and I like that it’s supporting attach screenshots which are very important for CRM.
On iOS, using Helpshift is pain (from developer perspective). Lot of issues, updates break stuff.
The service itself is of good level, especially the integration in the game is of good value. Also the different tag options make it easy to prioritize the answering of the issues.
Microsoft PowerBI as their reporting system was very hard to work with.
Probably the most efficient way to reach our players, answer their queries, updates and event announcements. Their own customer service is also reliable and indeed helpful.
For example, deep linking started working after removing Helpshift. So the SDK is doing some crazy stuff under the hood.
Integration with unity and configuration of notifaction and app settings are very easy. Also offline faq feaure is very good.
It could also be possible that my current company dont feel those features or functionality as neccessary but it really sucks big time.

The company has been acquired by an India company and the new CEO is taking it in a very "customer unfriendly" direction.
The dashboard also provides the feature for localizing your FQAs for users which is quite powerful.
