Initially this software seemed like a seamless integration to our MDM needs on our Samsung devices. Price seemed good, feature-set seemed perfect.
Missing some features (e.g. Battery level display on web interface) although they are planned.
It's easy to manage and the customer support is great. We have it set up on 18 tablets now and works great.
No notification of new features, they just appear.
Support has been very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
Nothing works correctly, except the enrollment that equals added cost. From there it is a disaster.
This product is easy to use. Their customer service team is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Limited ios restrictions. I cant seem to find no password lock on Ios devices however I am still new to the program and learning its features.
App catalog is amazing! so sleek and looks really appealing.

The ease of use is great and it is cheap so it's a perfect software for us. It is eady to deploy and we love the way we can manage applications on the play store.
Confusing interface and odd visual design (that cartoon character is really weird!).
The support and staff we've been in Contact with have all been fantastic and it all feels very personal and professional. We highly recommend Miradore and their MDM-solution.
Some missing features and a very restrictive web API.
This was very easy to set up and deploy, very user friendly software. Customer service was fantastic.

It's reliable and pretty easy to use. We get all our devices (150 laptops and 150 phones) under the same software and register and there's also connector to 3rd party leasing-software which is great.

The greatest benefit that came from this software, for me, is the ability to conduct business, specifically, complete a payment transaction, no matter where you are located.
If I am to complain about something I would complain about the percentage I am giving back to square but that it the cost of doing business.
Square is an awesome piece of software to use. The retail side has great capabilities for sales, inventory, gift cards, rewards, and much much more.
The only thing that has ever been slightly frustrating is the traditional card reader being sensitive when swiping cards. Sometimes I'll have to try 3-4 times to get it to register.
Square is very simple to learn and use as an end user, and it has gain a lot of popularity recently, customers feel more and more comfortable with this system.
I dislike that it fails sometimes and it is not accessible at many different vendors and restaurants.
Easy and inexpensive way to take credit card payments for my small business. This provider is awesome, and helps my small business to easily accept cards.
There were also times where it appeared that the sale went through and then later after checking my sales reports I could see that several transactions were missing and I was never paid.
I love being able to create different locations and taylor the products, pricing and taxes to each location individually. Integration with Craftybase is excellent.
Good pricing and customer support available. Great hardware options - Android and IOS Capability.
My overall experience with Square Point of Sales has been extremely positive. Not only was is easy to use reliable as a business owner, but it was intuitive and simple for customers to use as well.
I like that all you need is a reader and a phone or tablet that is internet connected. The option of using Bluetooth for select readers was very nice.

Overall, as both a person who as used Square as a customer and vendor, I find it very easy to use, set up, and maintain. It is also very inexpensive, which is great for small businesses.

I liked how their customer service was available whenever I sought their help. Kind explanations were very helpful in addition to their instant replies.
Gets a bit confusing and the fact that we need to pay for images is frustration.
I was very pleased to find a no-coding option to make a simple app. The best part has been whenever I needed support, the virtual chat was immediate and effective.
I am skeptical about whether I will use Appy Pie again, mainly because I am ethically opposed to making students pay for a tool that they will only use one time and likely never use again.
The customer service went above and beyond to help me when I was super confused about doing all this alone. I wanna thank them for their service because they are totally helpful and amazing.
This is highly unnerving. As it can have so much of data at risk.
The E-commerce feature is the best, I love that the push notifications helps to drive sales.

What I like most about InVision is how easy it is to share and collaborate with important people within the organization.
Importing artboards from sketch could sometimes be pain in the ass, it just wont sync with sketch.
The InVision app is an awesome mockup tool for designers to create mockups as you want. Easy to share and comment the designs with your coworkers.
You can't even import SVGS easily without jumping through hoops. I don't want to see a pixelated shrunk down version of my damn shit.
Its super fast and allows you to create prototype form your design in minutes. The comment functionality is amazing to give rapid feedbacks.
You have to really replace the whole screen which has poor effect while doing demos. No way to add comments for other team members to see.
I like the ease of use and being able to share visuals with clients very easily. I also like the fact you can setup different projects for different clients and give access permissions accordingly.
I think on the web edit options are missing and it limits your ability to have minor changes on the design and you need to go to source file instead since toolset is limited on web version.
Overall, I think it's worth the money spent to improve the quality and communication between the managers, designers and developers of the product. Also for collecting accurate user feedback.

You have to really replace the whole screen which has poor effect while doing demos. No way to add comments for other team members to see.
I like the ease of use and being able to share visuals with clients very easily. I also like the fact you can setup different projects for different clients and give access permissions accordingly.
I think on the web edit options are missing and it limits your ability to have minor changes on the design and you need to go to source file instead since toolset is limited on web version.
Overall, I think it's worth the money spent to improve the quality and communication between the managers, designers and developers of the product. Also for collecting accurate user feedback.

I loved the fact that i had so many features available in one environment and each one of them worked perfectly fine. The key word is Customizability.
But the worst part is the support is extremely poor and unhelpful.
They do excellent software, excellent customer support and excellent patching-keeping the product up to date. You will never be disappointed to go with them.
There are some minor UI inconsistencies between tabs that were weird to figure out (only at first) and the current knowledgebase is somewhat minimal.

The process to configure and distribute apps is lengthy, time consuming and confusing at the beginning.

Didn't return calls after that for months- Then charged my card an unauthorized $350 which I had to dispute. Then new management reached out to see why we were no longer customers.
As a reseller it helps us fill a need for our customers at a reasonable price. On top of their price they also provide great support and community to help.
It's hard to create an app builder that does it all and keeps up with technology advancements. Unfortunately, I think there is app fatigue out there.
The training documentation available on the Platform is very useful is motivated enough to master this very fascinating App Builder Platform.

What I like most about VantageMDM software is that, it keeps my data secured and help me to effectively manage my boosting my productivity and efficiency as per needs of the organization I am in.
There is absolutely nothing I can say that is wrong about this product. I am just utterly moved with its capabilities.
Another notable feature of Vantagemdm is its ability to integrate with other business systems, making it easy to transfer data and create more comprehensive reports and analytics.
There's no feature that I don't like about this software.
I really had good experience with VantageMDM, they're very accommodating with inquiries and has really a superb after sales performance.
There is no difficulty with the features or usage. The configuration is fast, easy to install and user-friendly.

The ease of use and ease or ability to set up forms to how your company wants them is great. Forms were developed to easily add photos and updates to progress.
I have found that it is often frustrating to approach support with a problem because when reporting a problem the question might not be clear until deep into the support conversation.
Great for tracking how the safety programs is being followed and a great tool for follow up.
All the forms that used to show up in my inbox out of the blue have disappeared and now only show up in my email. This is a problem since now I can't edit them anymore.
My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager.
The software is a little confusing and hard to setup.
A true measure of success- satisfied salespeople. That's a great accomplishment.

Very little issues with ease of use. The ability to maintain the databases and reporting functionality are also very impressive.
M being asked to explain something negative about Fulcrum, and I’m at a loss for words.
If you want to move up a level the help, not and customer service are fantastic. Obtaining help is so simple and quick and developing it from a simple firm to a database is step by step.
Poor on cartographic capacities (no lines, and polygons), no label.
Great product from beginner till now i am expert. A good API & data events make this product very effective , this product is a complete package.
Programming for reports is hard to understand.
Generally, we are very pleased with the product and have received good customer support.
Not been able to set up short cut menus to repopulate areas that are consistently being used.
The options to filter and sort are amazing too. If you are looking in to Fulcrum, I would recommend using it.
It provides more useful features to develop our own apps, helps us to configure and maintain our requirements most likely suitable for the field data collection.

So, Pipeliner CRM is the kind of CRM that I recommend for anyone who wishes to be successful in his sales activities and digital marketing in general.
Really bad experience or no MKT tools, reporting is not a strength of this product either which make it useless.
The support team has been excellent, and their marketing team does a great job of promoting helpful content as far as sales best practices and use of their product.
Really bad tool if we think that MKT and Sales are one team.
I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up.
Burdensome data entry, can be costly and Focused on the wrong person.
New and wonderful software made simple to use and that reduces cost in business. You better give a try by taking a free trial if you have never done before.
At first, i had difficulties in monitoring my team from distance and also the follow up of clients was a little bit difficult.
Being able to handle leads and opportunities based on their resourcefulness is a thumbs up for me. No more waste of time on leads or opportunities which won't lead to any good.
It is friendly in userbility,Visual is impressive and its automation.
It easily integrates with MS Outlook and many other social networks. Customer support is awesome and able to help right away with the few minor issues I have had.
Tremendously inspiring and useful for perfect data preservation.

I love it's customizability, the app exchange, and the Salesforce Community. The app exchange is great for free (or sometimes paid) solutions to add to your Salesforce instance and its capabilities.
Just after logging in, the wait time is considerably higher than Classic's and is very annoying to sit around while it loads with the latest update's mascot watching your frustration.
It is very user friendly, offers great customization, and is great when it comes to keeping all tasks organized and on track.
The only negative aspect of the platform is the cost. It can be restrictive for smaller projects and when I need to add more users/managers.
The clear sections and adaptability of the platform is really amazing. Its hopeful that its shortcomings will be taken care of in the near-future releases.

The sheer number of native integrations is a huge advantage over any other solution. The reporting you get with Salesforce is remarkable.
Very difficult to customize and complicated to set up, no chat support.

I do not think this version of Salesforce and layout is functional at all. It is actually much more difficult to maneuver than the regular Salesforce classic platform.
I love the new layout of Lightening vs. Salesforce Classic. The homepage really helps me focus on my tasks at hand, and I find Sales Path to be extremely useful.
Once I was forced to use lighting and got used to it. I don't know why I was punishing myself using the other view.
Seems to work great at integrating the entire company. Love the customization tools.
New user interface is, by far, greater than the last one. Creating custom list is a really nice feature of this platform.
I love the reporting helps to realign resources rapidly to really grow.
The need for >80% of our Apex code to be covered by unit tests is also nice, as it forces the development team to write unit tests for the custom code.
Salesforce keeps your Account and Sales teams up-to-speed, organized, and ready to report on success.
It's become our source record for all of our processes. Just know that there are many additional costs you'll want to consider to make this work.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.
Very pleasant experience so far and love learning new ways to integrate our data and build dashboards.
I like that DOMO has the ability to take a report and easily change and adjust the report to what you specifically want to view.
Very good experience that brings a lot of value to the users. Users can be anyone from CEO and SLT teams to managers and production floor and Quality control.

All of the information it gives me makes me able to focus on the things that are most important so I can bring in more revenue.

It's pretty intuitive, and there is plenty of resources available (Domo University + Customer Service) for the parts that aren't as intuitive.
It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.

Our team especially liked the openness of the software programming interface, the associated help files, and the superb customer support whenever we had a question.

Here I was able to realize all things I need in a nice interface in a very short time. The support is perfect and fast, so I will integrate it in all my software and recommend it my customers.

Our relationship with Kandji is great. We are excited to keep working with them into the era of Big Sur and Apple Silicon Macs.
At times, configuration of the blueprints can be confusing.
We love everything from internal management all the way to UI and how Kandji is so appealing and easy for non-technical users.
It's a shame Kandji didn't quite align with our SSO requirements.
The software continues to impress and serve us well on a daily basis, and the support teams have always been there if we had any issues. Awesome work, can't wait to see where else Kandji goes.
There are definitely some features missing that I used in JAMF, but nothing that Kandji doesn't have a solution for one way or another.
They are more than willing to figure out exactly what you are trying to do and provide insight and help so that you can accomplish your goals.
There is no native environment wide reporting capabilities.
I've always gotten quick, personable & knowledgeable support. I like that the software is similar in how you would use as Mac - very intuitive and the interface is so beautifully simplistic.
Kandji has an incredibly user-friendly interface that I absolutely love. It makes pushing updates seamless and allowed my org to quickly regain control of all of its unenrolled devices.
The tool fits our organization well. Once we got used to the Apple Device Manager Integration and how blueprints worked, we quickly made good progress through our list of requirements.
The sales process was efficient, and in the few instances where I've needed support, the team have been responsive and have gone out of the way to help.
Working with the Kandji team, you can tell they are among the best at Apple device management. The level of effort and care the Kandji team puts into deployment and support is setting a new standard.
I have never had to do that with Kandji. The dashboard is really easy to use and allows you to do some incredibly powerful things with minimal training on Kandji itself.
The support team has been proactive, not just throughout the onboarding process, but throughout the process.
Kandji lets me enforce and monitor those things and many other best practices that save us from downtime, which costs billable hours.

Great solution to collaborate, network, and share documents & knowledge with your team thanks to powerful tools such as wikis, dms, forum.
It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

The software allows me to replace many solutions with a single integrated nice platform. I like the openness of the vendor is one of the biggest positive point for the choice I've made.
In Older version of eXo platform some time it distorts UI and UX but after releasing new eXo platform 4.1 version they are fixed and lots of new functionality added.
There's a free version of eXo which comes with all the features. Couple that with a very supportive community and you get the best deal ever.
I enjoyed eXo very much, as I enjoyed its special and very kind team, with whom I still talk on Skype or other instant messages services.
Attractive interface and full of functionalities. Also excellent support from their community.
I like all the tools (social networking, collaboration, document management,...) are all integrated together. It delivers a great experience.
We started with eXo Cloud, but after a while we needed some customization so we upgraded to the on premise edition. EXo team has been wonderful.

Overall we're very happy. Deployments are easy and not having to support controllers has been helpful, although controller based systems do have their advantages.
The hard issue that the user interface requires knowledge of how to navigate and setup the systems. This can be difficult if you have no prior training or experience.
A GOOD PRODUCT WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT AND I ADD GREAT TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
I cannot think of any features that are missing or need to be added.
The tools for diagnosing and checking network issues are amazing. As well as the granularity of the information displayed to the ability to 'micro manage' the network.
Policy pushing over the air is hit or miss, and it can take multiple attempts to get a client device to receive the revised policies.
This is a beautiful MDM solution that supports all platforms which is great.
Features introduced by Apple or Microsoft at the OS level can take months if not years to finally be implemented. This can cause quite a lag as your user base upgrades.
The platform is well designed, simple to use, and responsive. The app management solutions provided through SM are excellent, as well as the user/device options for license assignment and updating.
It gives us what we wanted from a MDM with a good price, functionality and features. Having it share the same management screens as our APs, routers and switches is a huge bonus in managing devices.
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to configure the standard settings in the device. If you need help with something that is beyond your personal knowledge level, the support team is great.
With Cisco Meraki we are able to manage switches and access points in the cloud and from anywhere. The platform has a clean, friendly and easy to use graphic interface.

This is a beautiful MDM solution that supports all platforms which is great.
Features introduced by Apple or Microsoft at the OS level can take months if not years to finally be implemented. This can cause quite a lag as your user base upgrades.
The platform is well designed, simple to use, and responsive. The app management solutions provided through SM are excellent, as well as the user/device options for license assignment and updating.
It gives us what we wanted from a MDM with a good price, functionality and features. Having it share the same management screens as our APs, routers and switches is a huge bonus in managing devices.
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to configure the standard settings in the device. If you need help with something that is beyond your personal knowledge level, the support team is great.
With Cisco Meraki we are able to manage switches and access points in the cloud and from anywhere. The platform has a clean, friendly and easy to use graphic interface.
The thing I like most about Cisco Meraki is that it had a good "plug & play" usability.
Easy to use and comprehensive tools for managing mobile devices and other assets.
We do not use this software for MDM, but it is a quite robust management solution for managing networking equipment, whether you need to manage multiple clients or just one.
We used a system integrator to obtain it but looking back we could have saved some money doing it ourselves but the quick onboarding and initial setup by the integrator ensured we got running quickly.
It's not as full featured as something like JAMF, but for the variety of systems that it covers and its integration with Meraki I'd say its worth it.
There are some features not found elsewhere that make it easy to integrate security functionality with Meraki’s networking stack.

The representation often is not similiar to the desktop version or is completely destroyed.

The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
While that is in the disclosure (I found it when I went back looking for it after the fact) I was very disappointed that I'd just wasted several months of money.
I suggest creating a campaign around texting and offer discounts and coupons with codes you can track to see when is the best time for delivery, etc. and that is so super easy with EZ.
Even on the PAID plan, there are still some things that are not unlocked without paying even more. Some of the documentation about the BASIC PAID plan was misleading.
The interface is easy to use and the features are good. Their mobile iOS app is great to use alongside the web interface.
My only complaint is that when I got to start a new message (1 on 1), and I start typing the contacts name it will pull up everyone but that contact whether I capitalize their name or not.
I occasionally have a schedule change and its important for me to get the word out fast and this platform is easy and affordable.
Sometimes there are delays with the sending so once it does out, the message is no longer relevant.
We have had a great experience using EX texting. Our childcare and sports families like the easy form of communication.
If you need a rock solid messaging system with the cool and slick graphical arts integration this is your software package.

The great configurational freedom to the user makes it suitable for any and all kinds of applications. The step by step view provided is very helpful UI to track the whole process.
Writing the code in YAML is required which you have to learn and get familiarity to start working with this tool. Documentation is documented very badly.
Best part of circleCI is the ease of continuous delivery feature it offers, it's very easy to integrate it with GitHub too.
We are still fighting to get docker-compose to support cache but we know how hard is to enable caching on docker layers.
It provides many useful features, and I can use most of them with a free plan. Customer service is also excellent.
If you need to build on MacOS, you'll need to pay a high price and get limited build time.

The convenience this app provides for our practice is outstanding. The ability to communicate with all of our staff on one platform is the best feature.
The title of the stream is written all over the key visual. I fail to understand what is so difficult about changing this and ensuring that the key visual is visible.

Thanks to the most important features the set-up of the Event App - in our case for the idea conference TEDxMünster - can start directly without any previous knowledge. What more could you want.

Pros and Cons from Jamf Now users

Highlights: Clean UI, easy to use, good price, and great customer support. Employees also like it because it doesn't feel too "big brother" compared to other products.
The number of hours that we have wasted trying to get Jamf Now to work properly is shocking.
Overall, I liked the whole package. Moreover having the ability to use "Single App Mode" enables us to limit access to specific devices which is an excellent experience for users.
It constantly failed to automatically enroll computers though we have confirmation from Apple they were being properly sent by ABM. Computers weren't checking in.
The interface is clean, was easy to setup, good email notifications about certificates needing to be rotated.
Sometimes app installations may become stalled, but you can easily check out which devices are having any problems and you may re-install the app once more to address the issue.
I like the clear UI so you can get a good picture of everything without digging down too much.
Ve had issues using the activation bypass code working correctly on a few devices. Not a huge deal, but annoying at the time.
I like the way Jamf Pro is connected to a strong community: When you do have an issue or want to get something special being done and you do not know exactly how, Jamf nation is the place to go.
It is easy to use, easy to manage and budget friendly. If you are looking for a solution look no further.
