Easy of use, and stability of connection are two of the best features of this product, the fact that its wireless and it has small size is a good too.
It is a problem for skeptics as usual for any new tech.
It's been great the connection is very stable and reliable, I loved the customer service as well, they were there when I needed which is the best.
Can be unstable at times and freezes every once in a while.
We found the best solution to provide our customers web meeting, conferencing and presentation solution without having a Helpdesk or a technician behind the solution.
Limited range on wifi signal, meaning it is difficult to use these in a large space even when the antenna are moved to a central location.
I love how with one click of a button, I can cast wirelessly from any device. This allows for ease in all of our meetings.
One has to go online to title the Clickshare screen to ones title name. Which can be some what difficult to change.

It's a weird thing to say but I don't like the name...It's almost embarrassing to invites someone to a professional meeting via "freeconferencecall.com.
I love Freeconferencecall.com. It was a lifesaver at the beginning of the pandemic, but even before that, I was using it for conference calls and to conduct telephone mediations.
One thing I don't like is whatever the limitation is that causes magicjack users to be unable to use the service along with other VOIP users.
I like that you had the ability to record the call and access it later on your computer. I liked how easy it was to make an individualized link to send to people.
At the beginning the announcements were quite annoying (whenever you mute/unmute someone, when someone enters or leaves the call...) until I found out what box to check to omit the announcements.
All the addons are really awesome and it did exactly what it offers. I don't have to contact customer care and which is really an awesome experience.
We sold tickets to two performance times fo our live, interactive show hosted via Free Conference Call and had to cancel because of an internal server error.

My experience with Phone.com has been a wonderful experience. I will continue to use phone.com due to the wonderful customer service, the price and the ease of use.
Terrible user interface. No way to resend a fax through the dashboard.
Dont need any hardware for this system and can use it anywhere. Has built in fax and sms capability and contact management, like the online portal for sms messaging very good and quick.
When you contact customer support, there is no urgency for them to assist you and never return your phone calls or emails. This is highly unprofessional as a business.
AMAZING customer service/support. Easy configuration and sensible flow/interface.
So let this review be your warning. The low price comes with a massive.
Strong speed Subscription plans are excellent and available to everyone.
Several other clinicians in my practice have also experienced these same issues and have had to cancel their service.
I appreciate the versatility that phone.com has to offer when it comes to how you want to handle calls.
I am not sure exactly how it works with Ring Central for all our companies, which makes it hard for me to sort out my bills.
State of the art PBX was highly customizable and made our business sound like a fortune 500 company.

Very positive experience - any successful business would find significant efficiencies and opportunities by moving to 365.
This is the sort of thing the hard drive resident application never struggled with. Conditional formatting layered up is the sort of thing that causes problems.
I love how secure the platform is, the software is easy to navigate. I love the fact that it is accessable worldwide.
Sometimes i get logged out and have trouble logging back in. This is very rare but can be confusing and upsetting as everything is on there.
We utilize all that the product has to offer on a daily basis and are quite happy with the product. It helps us manage our business better and provides the tools necessary to communicate effectively.
I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own. It is pointless to force people who only need Excel or Word to install EVERYTHING.
I love the advanced security & ease of use with this program (once I figured it out LOL). The cloud based business applications make a world of difference.
Next, when an Excel sheet is corrupted, no backup is taken and we end up losing the whole file.
It's another game changer for us (most of us work from home). The way everything fits together is awesome and having MS Teams at the centre of it all is brilliant.
I love the ease of use of the product, I love what the product can do and I love all of the various options. Specifically Sharepoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
Integration, coherence and great ability to cope with plenty of scenarios. Some applications are best of class, others are the current state of the art.
I also really like that I can share files with others, making collaboration easy. This feature is a lifesaver when I am not able to meet in-person with colleagues.
It has improved my productivity dramatically and allowed me to put together clean documents and beautiful presentations for my purposes.

What I enjoy most about Zoom is its ease of use, ability to record meetings, and its affordable price point.
I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection, I can share the screen during meetings, and excellent for my work.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
The fact that it is easy to learn, as well as the quit and helpful response from customer service. I am glad it was recommended to me and I will continue to help others by doing the same.
There has been a few times where Zoom doesn't work well with my internet and I'll randomly be dropped from calls with no warning.
Easy to use, accessible by everyone, quick learning curve, good overall tools, easy integration with any laptop and good mobile app. Easy to change background.

The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection, I can share the screen during meetings, and excellent for my work.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
The fact that it is easy to learn, as well as the quit and helpful response from customer service. I am glad it was recommended to me and I will continue to help others by doing the same.
There has been a few times where Zoom doesn't work well with my internet and I'll randomly be dropped from calls with no warning.

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.

I hate that when I'm presenting, I can no longer see the person I'm talking to. And I wish it automatically opened a new window rather than just a tab that can get lost if I have too many open.

I had many fake accounts from Africa try to entice me into lovers scams. Since rebranding, to Google meet it has been hacked twice this week.
I love that the app runs from the browser and does not need to be installed on the PC. I also love that it does not have a time limit and is very easy to use.
I dislike seeing it when people are presenting something because it is a distraction and gets in the way of the display.
I was using another platform but my students like this one better. After figuring out where some host controls were- it was super easy to navigate and use.
I'm constantly using the web version and haven't been able to figure this part out yet. But this feature it terrible and can cause you to loose shared links from conversations.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.

Everything is extremely user friendly, with a nice graphical interface and all the other added integrated features are really a nice bonus too.
The most frustrating part is that teams can crash if there are too many people on at once.
It has been great for sharing documents, doing presentations and it has been a great tool for keeping up with interdepartmental communication.

In Conclusion, Microsoft Teams is an impressive option that I rely on due to its capabilities as well as the peace of mind its security provides especially with the price tag it comes with.

Very good, easy to share content, presentation, be able to view participants. Very stable platform, video quality.
Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.

The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.
The best part has been the ease of initiating and deploying ConnectWise. It was important that we got a remote system up and running quickly and this software allowed us to do that.
The fact that my sessions are always losing connection and out of date. It also doesn't support Edge very well.
With that being said, ConnectWise has been 100% functional and satisfactory in this capacity. Super, super easy to deploy and use.
How light weight and simple the deployment is. I am super impressed with how easy the remote client is to install, especially in a domain environment.
Love the easy options and nice layout. I have a few items in the toolbox that i can use often.

If you are trying to analyze someone's presentation, constantly clicking through to find the correct keyframe is very ineffective.
The features for creating a useful and nice looking presentation are great. I found these features to be really easy to use.
It can be a bit clunky and sometimes distract the viewer. The transitions between slides can move sideways/up and down and can cause a little dizziness to the viewer.
Overall I am impressed and would recommend to anyone who wants to make some innovative presentations.

My favorite thing about Doodle is the ease with which you are able to design something. I also like having the ability to find out when everybody is available.
The only negative I can think of is that occasionally a recipient's email will block a Doodle poll.
I love the ability to send out a link and get a large group of people scheduled. The simplicity of the software makes it accessible even to our non-tech friendly staff.
I did encounter trouble when trying to set my availability. When I tried to give my schedule, I found it hard to pull down to occupy the whole time slot.
I enjoyed it because it allowed me to be creative and I was able to save all of the work in which I did.
I hate when it misses an event on my calendar.
It's a cool and effective tool for scheduling meetings. It's a super clean platform, simple and straightforward, and works really well.

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.
The connectivity is great and the quality is in line with expectations. Would recommend using it if you need to organize a webinar with more than 50 attendees.

Great platform to do a "big" Webinar. And good customer support to go with it.
All of my webinars for my continuing education use GoToWebinar so I have used this program for years. I'm very pleased with the ease of use.
I loved the integration with GoogleSheets - we just downloaded the list of participants. It saved us a lot of time and admin work.

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.
Also, the agenda is super easy to build. And it will be terrific to have all the board documents from our meetings saved on the portal and accessible at any time.
I'm not sure that it is an actual con, but, the permissions are a little confusing to me. I will set up meetings and resources for my boss to tell me they are not in OnBoard.
Very professional, supportive and knowledgeable people who walk you through the onboarding process and provide continual support and check-ins. Very impressive and welcome.

I love how easy it is for someone to put their talents on display and how easy it is for me to find them, helped a lot to find great people to partner with.
Don't even use it anymore due to the massive spam and inability to turn off notifications.
Workplace has given me the opportunity to connect with other independent business owners with similar interests and values. It is a secure platform we feel safe sharing motivating content.
I disliked the large amount of notifications that are received from the groups that I participated. This impacts directly on my productivity at work, because it spent a considerable amount of time.
I'm very pleased and happy with this product. It's helping me to stay connected and be productive in all areas online.
Probably the biggest complaint I've heard concerning Workplace is the price as it is a bit on the expensive side for what it does.
I love this product because it is user-friendly and simple to use. Great layout & integrates your groups seamlessly.
Nevertheless, we will still use Workplace as our non-work-related channel. One other critical thing that I dislike about Workplace is the admin platform.

The Groups function is perfect for gathering the people in the same project or with the same personal interests. The Orgnization Chart and department details of the people is also very useful.

Overall we're happy that we purchase this camera. It is budget friendly for office like us and it give high quality video and sound.
With this phone service I get many "dead line" calls and spam calls. There is no filter I have found to prevent.
The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
Poor call quality has also likely contributed to irreparable damage to our brand as customer calls are so frequently dropped or missed due to Nextiva’s problematic online platform and phone app.

Just before the porting they misinformed me about the date and and time and the porting was done without my knowledge. First week of the Nextiva phone service was terrible.
The sales and support team were terrific. Price was steady and the equipment they provided was solid.

Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.
Price made this options a great value. The sales process was fairly quick.
Pricing and features was the first thing I looked at. I like how it's been able to integrate with my CRM.
Decent onboarding, good support. Overall decent, just high added fees.

It is a great tool and I have been using it in my project for communicating with team members. It's very effective and sharing screenshots in the chat was awesome too.
My only criticism is that there are so many places from the charging station, to your actual computer to access the Jabber settings, that sometimes other users seem to get confused.
The clarity of calls is great, there is a large voicemail quota, and they email you when it is getting full, which is a really nice feature.
My only dislike is no longer having something handheld and physical to use.

Sometimes the software forgot my username and password, and there is no notification, to reenter the password, and I can not notice, if my colleagues writing to me.

I personally like the ease of setting up events and registration pages, clean data capturing in reporting, and the ability to push those reports to a shared company-wide portal.
If you use the legacy system, not only are you wasting your time learning a system that will be eliminated, but your events will disappear after the change as they can't be transferred.
You can make your registration event pages quite robust with information- that is probably the best PRO of the software. It is also great that it is Cloud-based like all software should be these days.
Poor communications with management, no intentions to resolve customer concerns or address complaints.
Flex is a great addition to the product - super easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
Limited capabilities in e-marketing (no A/B testing, no series/time-based emails, no way for subscribers to change frequency of emails - you're either subscribed or opted out).
It includes abstract management, website development, and the awesome option to copy and paste meetings that have been created, like a template.

Availability of robust marketing capabilities is what I like most about BigMarker. Virtual events enhancement is another great aspect.
I have never been able to run a webinar with no inconvenients, today was the limit, I lost the work to put in a webinar 150 attendants. A lot fo money wasted because of lack of realiability.
Beside all the great functions and the excellent user experiences I really like the fast and competent support you get from Big Marker.
Also last time I was presenting at home, with another person presenting from the office. I realized when viewing the video that when my connection dropped, the webinar stalled.
I love Bigmarker's flexibility and ease of use. I also love how helpful support is when I have issues.
If it weren't for the microphone problem I probably wouldn't be looking elsewhere.

I like the ability to video chat. Being a company of nearly 1000 people calls for a lot of meetings and we recently transitioned from LifeSize which has been nice.
That's been my experience lately, which can be a pain if I inadvertently forget to open the application when I'm supposed to be called.
This is great phone solution company, competitively priced, industry leading ease of use for its customers, and very responsive and helpful support.
The reporting is what I dislike most about RingCentral, it is very limited and often delayed or incorrect.
It's very user friendly, they have great customer service. Our company has their own account manager which happens to be very helpful.
When tasks are assigned to people, they quickly get lost among all the messages that are posted after the assigned-task notification.
With the seamless integration with Office 365 and with Salesforce we are really well positioned to automate more while providing an excellent experience for our customers.
I hate everything about this company at this point.

Intuitive UI on admin portal and the voice quality has been great. Also liked the graphical IVR editor - very easy, and the mobile app which is free.
Jive was the worst decision we could have ever made as a company. They are dishonest, rude, and tried to double bill us at the end.
I love that its simple and clean interface. I love that I can use it to call Worldwide.
Again, after extensive troubleshooting with the tech team and a manager, they simply blamed it on Apple with no foreseeable fixes in the future.
This has been a welcome improvement over things like Google Voice. It allows for multiple users and phone extensions and the staying connected even when out of the office is a breeze.
Nothing at this time that I dislike about this software.
We were initially nervous about moving to VOIP out of fear of poor call quality but after a year of use, that has not been a problem. GTC offers incredible flexibility for product utilization.
Customer service was absolutely dreadful. If you're starting to WFH, this is not the solution for you.

I would recommend GoToConnect as a reliable soft phone app. I have not had any issues with using the applications.
Their excellent USA-based tech support helped get me up and running in no time flat. The transition from our old parent company's service to the new one we set up ourselves through Jive was seamless.

Jive was the worst decision we could have ever made as a company. They are dishonest, rude, and tried to double bill us at the end.
I love that its simple and clean interface. I love that I can use it to call Worldwide.
Again, after extensive troubleshooting with the tech team and a manager, they simply blamed it on Apple with no foreseeable fixes in the future.
This has been a welcome improvement over things like Google Voice. It allows for multiple users and phone extensions and the staying connected even when out of the office is a breeze.
Nothing at this time that I dislike about this software.
We were initially nervous about moving to VOIP out of fear of poor call quality but after a year of use, that has not been a problem. GTC offers incredible flexibility for product utilization.
Customer service was absolutely dreadful. If you're starting to WFH, this is not the solution for you.

I would recommend GoToConnect as a reliable soft phone app. I have not had any issues with using the applications.
Their excellent USA-based tech support helped get me up and running in no time flat. The transition from our old parent company's service to the new one we set up ourselves through Jive was seamless.

Employees can make outgoing calls through the app without revealing their personal number to the recipient. The admin portal is pretty straightforward and easy to use, but also has tons of features.
It was quick and easy, even when directing calls to different parts of the country.
GoToConnect is easy enough to integrate and use that I feel almost anyone can use it.
Intuitive UI on admin portal and the voice quality has been great. Also liked the graphical IVR editor - very easy, and the mobile app which is free.

It's humourous hold music pokes fun at the typical tropes of conference call woes. It also integrates beautifully with Google Calendar, making calls easy to make and host.
Not only is it embarrassing to host a conference call that drops multiple times in one session (especially when we were previously bragging about the service), but it is extremely disruptive.
Modern, easy to get into a call. Call quality is good and the service is affordable for what we receive.
It also dropped me out of the call when I was attempting to unmute myself. Also I really disliked the functionality to toggle video and microphone on/off.
We love it on my team and any issues we've had we've been able to quickly and seamlessly work through them with the excellent customer service.
Overall experience has been very mixed. Many times it has failed to meet the expectations due to lag and not being able to present the screen.
My experience was great. In my role I do not have a big need for virtual conferences and the free option works great.
It may find irritating to hear the hold music sounds. Not any extension with desktop email tool (outlook), because zoom has the extra plugin in outlook to keep connected with meetings.

Easy to do recording of sessions and has a special attendance (roll count) section for better customer use. Has a great playback quality enabling better recollection for later.
Had issues with getting set up to start, however, when I was doing so, there was a known problem with their testing server. When trying to run a test connection, it would always fail.
The video sharing, screen sharing and breakout room features are great for virtual events. The audio is good when it works and the chat and poll features are useful too.
Adobe Connect does not work well on a mobile phone with all the pod being shrunk and many features downgraded. I also know that this software is very expensive.
My overall experience with Adobe Connect has been extremely positive. Admittedly I do not use it too frequently, but when I use it I'm always impressed by its ease of use and its numerous functions.
The only downside to this is that at first things can appear to be a bit cluttered.
It's the best tool of this kind on the market as it has all the features needed to organize and coordinate online projects. It's expensive, however, the annual subscription offers a good discount.
There is one problem that i face in adobe connect is that recorder lectures can't be downloaded, also we cant fast forward the content.
It also gives you the ability to save different layouts and switch easily between them for your audience. There are also great features like polls that you can integrate with your sessions.
