Pros

Many designers work with Adobe products and there is a reason, they are responsive and great at what they do. Illustrator will allow your designer to create amazing designs that can scale so easily.
Illustraror is the most capable graphic design software out there. It's great for simple graphics like logos but can also be used to create beautiful complex artwork.
The pros of this product is that it is extremely great for creating projects, especially when using a MAC. I highly recommend Apple products as it works best for designing.

Pros

I have found this app very useful as it is very good alternative of photoshop and is free and easy to use. It is flexible and does not take much space on your phone.
Sometimes you want to complete a graphic design with your idea and post it quickly, which has been a dream come true for me with this platform. Pixlr X is a wonderful online editing tool for me.
I really like the Pixlr interface and the ease of use. I think the quality of the editing options is some of the best I've seen.

Cons

The bummer about Adobe is that you can no longer purchase the software as a one-off. Now it’s a subscription that you have to pay monthly or yearly and the fees are quite hefty.
I think most of the frustration comes with user error and not doing enough research on the current subject.
On rare occasions, the app will stall or close down altogether. This could be a flaw with either the application itself or the system I'm using it on.

Cons

Since I use other tools for graphic design, taking the time to learn those features in Pixlr - or to pay for Pixlr premium - doesn't make sense for me.
Since I don't use Pixlr that frequently, sometimes I feel a little lost when opening the app after a gap. It takes me bit of extra time to find my way around again.
The Pixlr X software is fine; I have been annoyed with my own inabilities to see what is directly in front of me.

Adobe Illustrator

Standard Trying to Justify Costs

Reviewed 2 years ago

I used to solve basic graphic editing issues. Easily accomplished more complicated designs but have since moved on (and backwards) back to older non-subscription Adobe software since their new stuff is stuck in frustrating and drugged up on online connections.

Pros

Full professional suit for the powerful small or large business solution for graphics editing and predictable usable design tools. Illustrator ties into Photoshop and other Adobe standards easily offering good reason to rope into the stupid subscription pricing. This software has a long history (as far as software goes) and few names survive thru decades of ever changing and others coming up with better applications. All this proves the reasons Adobe carries on with Illustrator knowing it offers tons of functions for working up the right product and taking care of business.

Cons

The minimal costs being tied into subscription pricing completely ruin Adobe products for me. Not only is there a lot of wasted downloads on the CC and support Adobe demands Illustrator tie into but the average basic budget business computer gets real annoyed with all the junk I have to download alongside. I'm have completely stopped using Illustrator and have reverted to older Photoshop and other solutions like Pixlr and web-based design tools for my work. The online drugs Adobe products now have to be on are frustrating and negate all the classic reasons to get Adobe - easy installation, powerful tools without lag or issues, just so simple! Not any more.
