The learning management system and user guides are essential and should be expanded. There is a need for an increased number of connectors to enhance functionality

Agility in integration with 3rd party systems. Customizations to enable the business logics with out impacting OMS. Faster go to market. Ability to integrate with trasitional systems like sterling oms.
User Management - can be better. Enable returns management for ecom like raising claims , QC updates etc User wise logins for FMS. say if a seller has 5 warehouse we should create 5 accounts in FMS. It has to be 1 account and 5 sub users under that.

Extremely happy with the product which came in as a replacement for IIB wherein we faced lot of issues and had challenges with log monitoring/analysis. And the turnaround time for implementation and ease of use has been excellent.
The ease of implementation, cost effectiveness, log storing and analysis, scalability
No major cons. More of a suggestion wherein other features like carrier aggregator can be included in this.
