Pros

Very good value for money, very helpful with preparations for audits.
A great integrated ALM and QMS, perfect for us as a small company.
I enjoy working with the software is to be understood that the software easy for those who have access to computers.

Pros

We now have a reliable and secure system. And it meets all our expectations.
The software is easy to use. Simplicity in setting up databases to collect data and very easy to create meaningful reports using the data.
This improved the productivity on the floor significantly. Very easy to use, easy to implement.

Cons

Lack of knowledge is the main obstacle to the use of the software and follow the development and using it.
It's second nature to me now, but at first it took me a while to work it out. Once it clicks, it's a very easily configurable system and I only get stuck on the odd occasion.
Revision representation not compatible to version string used in our company. No diff functionality for changes between two versions.

Cons

At the moment we dont have anything yet what we are missing. This is mostly because the features we were missing were being added if possible.
When there is a internet outage, there is no backup where u can enter your data.
There are missing some functionalities as comparing data that is not in the same sheet.
