Pros

Altaro is a fantastic product at a reasonable cost and does just what we want in a solution.
We have been very pleased with the performance and are now looking at expanding our use of the product and taking advantage of cloud targets for backup storage.
The user interface is a very nice place from which to work. The integration with Hyper-V has been extremely reliable.

Pros

Overall a positive experience. Pleasure working with the team at Crises Control as they are very helpful and responsive.
The Crises Control app is very easy to use, and helps fulfill the duty of care to the company/organisation and to colleagues and employees.
The Crises Control Solution provides an intuitive, effective, secure and robust messaging platform utilising multiple channels.

Cons

Have had a few odd issues where backups have become corrupted but this may be due to our backup media.
You need to always keep following up the disk usage. There is no support for ReFS, what is a shame for a software that runs on Windows Servers and ReFS has been around for a while already.
I have never heard ot attended to any complaints about the product just the process of invoicing and processing an order is time consuming.

Cons

The tool has really helped us when dealing with incidences of all natures such as notifying people about IT service failures.
M struggling to think of negatives about the project.
It is easy for any user to send out messages by accident.
