Pros

I really like their customer service, they are great and very very helpful.
I love how we can easily customize the virtual machine and how good amazon's customer service is. Our company uses it as a VM and we also run our products on it.
I've been extremely impressed with Amazon's open source integration into virtually all other services especially e-commerce which is why I recommend this app.

Pros

The thing I like the most is the ease of use of software and the amount of awesome features that is included with the software.
The pros of this product is that it is extremely great for creating projects, especially when using a MAC. I highly recommend Apple products as it works best for designing.
You are able to make beautiful and stunning illustrations for your social media posts or any posters. You can edit any symbol, picture etc with it.

Cons

EC2's billing flexibility is a downside in that it's very difficult to give "off the cuff" estimates for how much a given EC2 setup might cost.
Sometimes it gets into deadlock state from which itself restarts it and we have seen the erasing of the data.
Really it's difficult to remember a time before EC2, getting a new hardware instance was typically weeks or months of effort, now it can be done in seconds.

Cons

The bummer about Adobe is that you can no longer purchase the software as a one-off. Now it’s a subscription that you have to pay monthly or yearly and the fees are quite hefty.
I think most of the frustration comes with user error and not doing enough research on the current subject.
On rare occasions, the app will stall or close down altogether. This could be a flaw with either the application itself or the system I'm using it on.
