Pros

Amazon EC2 is a very good App. It is super easy to deploy your solution in the cloud.
At present, I am hosting 2 websites on EC2 and I am quite happy with the experience. I will recommend it to other users.
VMware solution like NSX and kubernetes are now fully compatible. Amazon offer some great solutions for IAAS, CAAS , SAAS.

Pros

Airbrake is easy to use, the pricing is great, and the granularity of the information is good as well.
We receive notifications in our mail and slack, great for quick turn-around. Statistics are a nice addition.
This gives us the ability to bring a superb service to our customers.

Cons

This is done automatically with no control from the administrator. Once the tokens run out, which is seemingly incalculable, the servers crash.
We'll see whatever customer get problems we fixed as soon as possible(cloud computing, integration, reviews, comparison, features, alternatives.
My servers are running perfectly on another provider now, on the lowest capacity instances, with no concept of "tokens" to worry about.

Cons

It was really difficult to backtrace all log files to catch my apps errors and that was a waste of time, but now I can concentrate to fix them.
It has been my experience in the past in many different IT organizations to not find out about an error until the customer reports it.
One problem I faced is, UI is not very interactive for beginners. Some times finding some features becomes harder.
