Pros

I had very good experience while i was working with mulesoft. The best thing i like in mulesoft is to ease of use.
It implements a fantastic and simple user interface to help you in the process. His knowledge base and his blog with the examples that you can find in these are really fantastic.
As I was implementing for a client, time to implement and getting a system up and running w/o issues and cost were major issues. This product succeeded, and the client is quite pleased.

Pros

The product is easy to set up and has great UX to show the interaction between microservices. Customer support helps with best practices as well.
IAnd I'm totally excited with the recent developments on in-VPC solution. It will allow to make our Security team to be happy.
I also really like the useful out-of-the-box reports from different perspectives of the lambda functions. It really is very useful.

Cons

Based of the Eclipse Platform it seems to have inherited the same basic problems. Memory leaks, weird port binding problems, and slow debugging performance.
It has too many connectors so easy to connect all. But the errors are some where difficult to find where exactly make a mistake.
I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.

Cons

I don't have anything g to complain about. Even if some minor features are missing, the product team is ready to fix it in no time.
Wrapper fails closed which can mean that this observability product can bring the whole app down if it has service disruptions.
To pay per invokes is extremely expensive. We are small org and we have more than 500M invokes a month.
